HIMG Granite, Quartz, Marble Surface Repair Kit Clear

Easy to follow instructions and pleased with the result. Was only a very small chip on a corner but repair will hopefully give some protection to the edge.

I love this product, easy instructions and value for money. I had a crack in my-marble table and I was worried, but this have done the job and left a smooth finish. I only have one suggestion that it would be good to have options for colour. Overall good product

If I had ordered grey maybe the larger chip would be unnoticeable....but I went for clear which sorted very small chips. Great stuff! Really impressed. Thought I would be all fingers and thumbs but the kit is great.

This product has a great applicator so it is easy to make a good job of filling. The instructions are very clear but not the product. It dried a bit yellow for me. Not to the point dug it out and start again but a bit disappointing. Fortunately it’s not too noticeable - except to me cos I know it’s there!

I bought this because a "professional" repair done a year or so ago had failed and come away from the granite. It was a difficult chip running over an edge but by sellotaping a piece of acrylic on the side and on the top I was able to fill the gap in one pass. The kit is superb with all the bits you need to get a first class gloss finish. The only problem was there was no explanation of how to fit the fine nozzle to the tube of the product and I got a bit of a mess as a result. I think it is meant to screw on. This is a first class product and the result is way better than that achieved by the professional. Probably best NOT to look at the UV light while you are curing the product!!!!!

I tried to use this product for small chips in my granite worktop, around my kitchen sink. It doesn't work for vertical faces because it takes too long to cure, so the resin sags. It may work for very small scratches on horizontal surfaces, but the 'light cure' is too slow for scratches/chips deeper than maybe 0.5mm. The product is a bit of a gimmick.

We had a small piece of kitchen counter chipped off for some reason. We chose this product as the counter has complex texture and transparent acryl was deemed an easier option than to try matching the colour. The product was easy to use, quick drying (3-4 minutes), the result was good: barely visible (and we care more about protecting the area so it doesn't get worse rather than aesthetics) and smooth to touch. One star down due to AAA battery not supplied, which is a bit disappointing considering the price...

Works OK. The damaged area was reasonably large and deep and I really didn't hold out too much hope of this working as well as it did but the cured acrylic does a pretty convincing job of mimicking the other clear crystals within the quartz. The damage was on the edge of the counter and needed to be sanded back to replicate the pencil profile. I used a tip from another reviewer and used some hard plastic (a bit from a cut up CD worked well) to form an edge and held in place with some tape. By happy coincidence the remainder of the CD was used to hold the UV light in place as the CD aperture is a good size for the light to slip in to (held in place with more tape). The repair need a little fettling with the fine wet/dry paper and polishing but the overall result is fine.

Très bon produit pour petits coups et/ou fissures. Ne pas hésiter à patienter pour le traitement à la lumière bleue !

Excellent product!! You can barely see the dents after being repaired. I bought both the white and clear kit but decided to go with the clear kit . Glad I did as it seemlessly matched the white quartz countertop. Application was easy and instructions were clear.

Saknade en stor flisa på stenbänken och fick perfekt och osynligt resultat med denna produkt. Enkelt och bra resultat!

Bestes Material überhaupt mit dem unser Granitboden von mir repariert wurde. Bei tieferen Löchern macht es Sinn, mehrere Schichten immer dünn auftragen und die mitgelieferte Lampe direkt darauf zu stellen. Am besten die transparente Folie noch dazwischen legen. Lässt sich dann ganz leicht abziehen, nachdem die Reparaturmasse schon etwas gehärtet ist. Habe damit auch schon meine Steinplatte in der Küche repariert und kleine Ecken ausgebessert. Für mich das absolut Beste Material und alles, was an Zubehör dabei ist.
