Can you fill them with water?

No, they are supposed to only be filled with air but I would seriously avoid buying anyway. We've returned 2 as they failed to inflate and were a total waste of money

Can the pump be used to balloons

We would not endorse using the pump on normal balloons, We suspect it wont generate enough pressure. It is more of a high volume low pressure pump.

Within 10 minutes the ball popped I thiught this wasn't supposed ot happen? 😭

No this shouldn't happen. You were luckier than us, bought 2 and neither would inflate nore than the size of a football. Absolute waste of money

I am not sure of the answer however the valve to fill the bubble with air is quite small and tough. It wouldn’t stretch over a tap to fill it.
