Bio-Nature 100% Pure Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil 10ml

I never write reviews but feel I have to do for this in the hope it may help others, it was a last resort for me after trying for months to get rid of molluscum. My daughter had excema and was given cream to help it which cleared the excema but resulted in these spots. I had her back and forwards to the doctors and they gave antibiotic creams, bath creams to soothe it, antihistamine to stop the itch but nothing worked. Like many others I was told it could last over a year. She does a lot of sports gymnastics, swimming etc and She always got comments from other kids. She would get upset at school as they were itching her and she would scratch and then make them bleed and then spread them elsewhere . It was a never ending cycle. Then I found this little miracle oil, I mixed 2 drops to 10 Olive oil in a small jug which I then poured into a pippete. It was fiddly but I found the dropper much easier to use than mixing it every day. Her skin tolerated it well, so increased the dose adding more drops to the oil but she would cry saying it was stinging her, so I added more olive oil. I have included photos, PHOTO 2 was when her legs were very sore and she had lots of spots though not that clear in the pic. PHOTO 2 when I just started using it, as you can see the spots are very red but apparently this happens and they get worse before they get better. PHOTO 3 is after around a week, the spots are clearing and they aren’t as red. PHOTO 4 is today and they are practically gone, I am amazed! I was applying morning and night all over , now I’ve reduced it to once every other day and just on the areas that need it. And on other days using aveeno cream as her legs are very dry through it. I hope this can help someone! I wish the doctors would recommend alternatives rather than just sending you away to wait it out or give out loads of creams I feel like ringing up my doctors to tell them. If your in 2 minds about whether to get this don’t hesitate it really is absolutely amazing!

I purchased this to target Molluscum Contagion. My son has always had low grade mild case but one day about 2weeks ago his lower body just came out in an alarming number of new spots. the doctor had never seen so many. Prescribed a bag full of lotions and potions to alleviate itching and stop infection but nothing to actually get rid of these things! I saw good reviews for this little bottle of oil and oh my word I am glad I did. The spots on his arms and hand have all but disappeared after a week! His leg spots are still there (bout 400 spots I would say) but definitely calming down and looking like they are clearing/drying up - I was expecting it to take a lot longer. We have been religious, bath in some drops of oil in the morning and a shower and daubing him in olive oil with some drops of the lemon oil in in the evening, then he lies on a towel while it sinks in. I upped the number of drops over the course of the week and have had no complaints of stinging at all and to add to that he smells amazing! a walking diffuser. For the price if you have molluscum you have nothing to lose.

I've used a whole one of these before deciding to write a review so that I could accurately report how well it worked. I've had mollescum contagiousum for around 5 months now and none of the spots had shifted on their own. I started using this oil last month, and come the end of the month about half of the spots had cleared up and gone. Unfortunately, some more had developed during that time in other parts of the body, but I am treating them still and they are also starting to progress (they have to get really red/bad before they disappear). It's definitely not an overnight miracle serum, but perseverance will pay off as it definitely has some effect. I just put it neat onto a cotton bud then swabbed each of the spots morning and night. It does burn, but I just tolerated it. One spot, in particular, had been a nightmare, quite large and not fluctuating at all like the others - it's now gone after a month of this stuff! Deffo worth a try.

Yes, we've all read the Veet review which was hilarious, and having actually fallen for that pitfall a few years before the famous review, I actually winced as much as I laughed. This was incomparably worse, I would have 100 bottles of Veet condensed and then liberally slathered all over my scrotum on a daily basis before going through that again, and I had only had it on my fingers. All I had done was scoop some excess oil, it smelled good so I left on on my fingers, innocent to the terror and anguish about to descend upon me after I needed to have a good hands down the pants shift of the balls. In under 20 seconds I was jumping around my room like a monkey that had been set on fire, according to my Fitbit my heart rate spiked from 50 BPM to 100+ BPM in a few seconds, it felt like I had just teabagged a volacano while being repeatedly lashed by the tails of a legion of fire demons. I ran to the sink and tried to rinse with water which was absolutely no help, so I staggered into the shower, absolutely no time to take my trousers or pants off so just round the ankles and had to blast water onto my transformed blazing torture-sack, which actually caused pain as any sensation at that point was just a catalyst, before I managed to get a handful of shower creams and gels on them which finally managed to clear of the residual hell oil. Otherwise, lovely, powerful smelling stuff that will do the job.

Well it's actually on my daughter which deserves 5* off the bat!... She is 5 and has approx 70 molluscum spots, under arms,chest and starting on neck and upper arm all at various, She won't let me even put sudacrem or anything at all on ,but this mixed with olive oil she's allowed me to do and it's not stinging her either which surprised me as she has a little eczema along with the molluscum , I think she's forgotten it's on. I will update with any progress. *3 days in. Definite changes to the molluscum. Some of the larger ones are going black inside,some of the smaller ones look flatter and less red. Diluting the lemon Myrtle as a couple of drops in a teaspoon of regular olive and applying with cotton bud,plasters then on any that look like they may burst. So far so good ! * Two weeks in most have crusted up and not spotted any new ones , my daughter's eczema is quite bad right now so only going to apply every other day plus few drops in bath, which makes the house smell amazing I might add. Still a thumbs up and making progress. * Little add on edit. Daughter now clear of the awful molluscum. Continued with the Myrtle and olive oil , daughter was getting sick of the chore of it so found putting it on while she was asleep better, luckily she only got them on her trunk and legs. It took 3 months total to get rid fully.... Then my younger daughter got them on her face, mainly around her eyes, I despaired. What can you use near the eyes? Nothing. I felt so awful for her. I bought a aromatherapy air diffuser off Amazon added a good few drops of the lemon Myrtle to water in the diffuser and had it on most days so it was in the air and she would do little busts of her face over the mist, it only bloody worked!! Thanks goodness!! One by one around her eyes gone in 7 weeks. So both daughter's clear. I hope never to see that disease again!

My 2 daughters HAD molloscum contagium until I bought this after reading reviews. I mixed it with coconut oil and applied twice a day. After 2 days the spots had dried up amazingly and repeating the process has meant they are clear. Better than waiting for them to clear up on their own in "upto 5years" from the doctors advice. Ace on insect bites too.

Our 7 year old son had suffered from this awful ailment for almost a year with advice from the doctors to just "wait for a year or two and it'll disappear". I don't think they understand just how cruel young children can be or how much something like this can hurt and affect the confidence of a child at a formative age. We did not want our child to suffer and spent literally hundreds of pounds on special formulas that promised the world to no avail. In desperation, and with class swimming lessons looming, we tried this. Within a week of first application we noticed the spots were forming heads and falling off. It was not pleasant, but just at the crusting stage. A couple of plasters later and each spot was done. Within a few weeks all the spots were on their way and they were gone within a month! We ended up with loads of the oil left over, but it works brilliantly on all kinds of skin ailments, spots, acne etc so we'll work our way through it! Just wish we had tried it sooner! If you have a child suffering with this, please try this oil... if it works you will really save your little ones from unnecessary pain and embarrassment.

My 9 year old son developed molluscum about 18 months ago. It started with just one spot on his chest which then spread all down one side of his torso, to the extent that it was almost a new spot every day. All this time, the doctor and nurse kept telling us there's no treatment and it will go on its own. We tried TCP and iodine, just to stop the spread really, but it didn't really help. I then heard of lemon myrtle essential oil, read the reviews and thought we had nothing to lose. Wow! After just two days, we saw huge improvement and it immediately put a stop to any more spots developing. The spots came to a head after a couple of days, burst and then start to fade away. It's been a couple of weeks now, and all that remains of the molluscum are red marks which are starting to disappear already. As mentioned by other reviewers, I diluted it - about 6-7 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil. I can't recommend this oil enough, it's such a relief to have gotten on top of the horrible molluscum.
