Wonderful product ?great quality and saved me from drilling into new tiles

This is the most useful item I bought .... since I bought it. I am never convinced by suction cups but this one works well. I put it up within minutes of receiving it. I watched the instruction video on the item site, which shows you step-by-step how to do it. I was able to use it straight away. It hasn't fallen off at all, not even once. I haven't had to tighten it up at all. It has stayed in the place where I put it with no slipping down the wall with the items hung on it. You can space the hanging hoops to the distance you want them to be without having to take the bar off the wall again. I love it, it has saved my sanity of finding the items in my over-stuffed utensil drawer. Everyone who sees it wants one. Highly recommended. Edit: Over a year later. I have bought a kitchen paper roll holder, but I'm using it as a double toilet roll holder and my air freshener. So far, that's just as good in a wet room as the other is in the kitchen. I picked this style on purpose, as I am still happy with the first one.

Does the job and looks good. Only the actual hook is metal. Rest is plastic with a rubber suction pad. Needs to be fitted on a clean dry flat tile. Not on grout lines or over existing holes on tile. Fixes really strong

Instructions translation was a bit iffy, but not too difficult to follow. One of the two I purchased fell off after being put on the first time, but perhaps I didn’t screw it on tight enough. Since then, no problems and both are holding and working perfectly. Suction no doubt better than glue or screws.

I love the design and size of this kitchen roll holder. So I bought this even I found a cheaper similar rack in other shops. However, my decision is wrong! The suction cup does not work as intended at all. It can't adhere to the smooth tile, even the wall was wiped with alcohol wipe. I then added a dual sides sticker with my other suction cup hook, it seemed to work for 30 mins. I only put a Kirkland kitchen roll on the rack, however the whole piece dropped down suddenly. It is no use to keep turning the cap, even you turn the cap 20-30 times, it is ever-ending, the cup can still shift. My last resort is to replace this crap cup with another suction cup that I bought from Taobao China (hook and suction cup is just 60p). If it works, I will keep it; if not, sorry I will definitely return it. To be fair, the quality of the rail is pretty good, thick and heavy. The cup front is also not too bad. But the key part i.e.suction cup, which ruin the whole product. What a shame!

Stays on tiles great, but with my kitchen aluminium back splash, it falls off every week.

niveau contenu conforme a la description , je l ai reçu hier et l ai mis dans ma cuisine , le mur du plan de travail étant fait d une plaque d aluminium , je l ai installé en suivant les instruction et ce matin au réveil malgré tout cela s étais décollé du mur
