As always I take Ashwangandha as a pre or post work out. With all the essential amino acids and high nutrient content including trace minerals. I know that the body is getting the natural intended form. I have tried and tested every supplement for muscle repair and honestly speaking Ashwangandha really helps with recovery and growth. I would say this and maca 4 root type. Speaking from experience I have been training lifting weights and cycling for a number of years. I did an experiment coming off Ashwangandha for a few months and definitely did notice a slight decrease in my deadlifts and squats. I take it in smoothies cycling a week on week off. My own preference. This brand is excellent quality as it helps with my sleep and daily activities. Yes you know it works when you wake up with a high testosterone drive. I have tried this Ashwagganda before and I like it. When I tried to order it again it was sold out and was told it might not be in stock anymore, so I ordered another one called Ausha organic Ahswagandha powder and I am not keen on it.

Like other ashwaghanda I have used it is not exactly tasty but is better than most. It mixes a lot easier than most and does not need following up with a swig of fruit juice to take away the taste! Too early to say how well it works - will report after a few months.

With in a few days in using Organic Ashwagandha I feel so much more energetic and the same time lovely and relaxed. My sugar level has already stabilized within this few days unbelievably. Brilliant stuff. I Highly recommend this to anyone. Many Thanks

Really liked ashwaghanda, I find it stronger than maca (which I REALLY LOVE) and need to be careful of dosage. I bought it for strengthening my immune system, balancing hormones and for hair and skin health and really noticed how good it is for Exercise and recover, feel like I can do more and feel stronger, and I think it did help with dealing with stress and strengthening my hair.

When made into a tea I found that there is a fine black grit at the bottom of the cup. I'm pretty sure this product must contravene some kind of trading and health standards or other. Buyers be aware.

If your anything like me with lots of annoying thoughts and things fluttering around in my mind and night that keeping me from drifting of to sleep. Then certainly give this a try. I put one heaped teaspoon in some warm almond milk a little bit before bed. Calmed my mind from all the busy thinking and I felt more grounded with clearer thoughts that didn’t pestered me anymore. Getting a good night sleep is one step to optimal health. Fast delivery and packed good too. Fits through my letter box. (Standard size) Ps I also suffer from sleep paralysis and haven’t been getting it. But that me. Not saying it would work for that but does for me.
