Good quality
Good quality and easy to use. Personally think it is better than plastic, just a personal preference. Much better when using butter icing, put it in the fridge after I apply the first thin coat to seal the cake before applying more on top, leaving the clean scraper in the fridge each time as well. You have to just works for me, especially in the summer.

A very useful item.
A difficult one for me to leave feedback for as I bought this along with other cake making items for my daughters birthday present this year. She emailed me a list of items she was hoping to get, as she bakes a lot, and I found that Amazon was most competitive in their prices, so I ordered from them instead of traipsing around!

PME Stainless Steel Edge Scraper
I bought the PME Stainless Edge Scraper, to apply and smooth over butter cream frosting. works especially well - when dipped in a jug/bowl of warmt water. his gives a perfect smooth finish.

Exactly what I needed!
I find metal easier to use- I was practicing on a dummy cake when it was commandeered by my partner (a plasterer by trade)! I tend to get a better finish with metal tools. Will shop for more!

The item for what I need is really small but its my mistake because I didnt read properly the size of it. The quality is good though. Overall ok but its my bad.
