I really researched and contemplated many options for this purchase. I decided Yoga Swing had the Best Quality, Most Complete Set + seemed Cost-Effective. I used Amazon Prime, to order. For roughly $50., my swing arrived in 2 DAYS. :D (I also ordered my Hang-Bar, for my Door Frame. $20.00) It was easy to get set up and in place and ready for usage. *** Start at a Low Height, for Safety + lay a Yoga Mat down underneath with a layer of PILLOWS below, until you're sure of the SAFETY + SECURITY of the Hang Set-Up. We also use a folding small step-stool that helps us safely get IN + OUT of the swing. I played with a few configurations. At first, I wondered if I would really use it like it was intended. There are so many Options. The POSE CARD helped me get a few ideas. By the next day, I was finding more and more poses and exercises that I could do. It allows the bones and muscles to move, as THEY were intended. We can move this aparatus easily, from room to room. A proper, functioning door frame is essential, unless ur drilling it in. I have 2 kids (4 + 8) They are both LOVING it. It gives them something indoors that is Fun + let's them be Active. They take turns and it is SO COOL!!! We even swing together. CAUTION: The potential to choke, hang or suffocate is REAL. Keep Height LOW to the Ground for Kids. !!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT leave it out for Kids To Use while Not Being Monitored !!!!!!!! I have Severe Degenerative Arthritis in my Neck. My X-Rays look Terrible. I hope to see improvements in my next X-Rays. I Hope to "Hang Around" for Many More Years. I have chronic nerve pain through my back and legs, and have been doing aerials (silks, hammock, lyra) for fun and pain relief for years. I can't hang my lyra... anywhere really, the thing is big and heavy and not very portable. We certainly can't mount it in the apartment. Enter the yoga swing! I adore this contraption. We already have a pullup bar installed in a doorway so this was as quick as unboxing and hanging it up for me. I have nothing but good things to say about it- the portability is my favorite feature. It folds up into a small pouch and you can take it anywhere! Wanna do aerial yoga at the park? In the back yard? At the beach? Go for it. With the right hanging equipment and a good tree or rig the potential is endless. I love a good decompression hang as much as anyone with back pain and this thing does that, of course. If you always feel like you need to see the chiropractor you should, eh, probably do that. But then you should get one of these swings and hang upside down for a bit whenever you're feeling achey. It's wonderful. I use it pretty much daily for yoga, handstand practice and inversion for pain relief. ...it's also a sex swing. Just sayin. This thing is sturdy! And it's obviously just yoga equipment so like, no big deal leaving it hanging in your home. Yup. Multipurpose yoga equipment! I got this as a birthday gift from my partner and can honestly say it is one of the best and most useful gifts I've ever received!

So happy we purchased this! Had to have help from my husband to hang. Went into the attic to locate the beams and drilled directly into. It is very sturdy. Fun for the whole family. Easy to get a good stretch for hips and back. I love hanging upside down to get a good spine stretch like an inversion table. My husband uses it for push ups and crunches. Our little boy uses it as a hammock with his blanket and swings in it, it’s like he is in a little pod. Very versatile and worth the money. The material is super comfortable and soft. There are many adjustments. I gave 4 stars for easy to install because I couldn’t have installed this by myself. If you are new to this I recommend putting a soft rug or pad under you and something nearby that is soft like a pillow to land on incase if you fall.

I love this as an introductory tool for aerial yoga. It's sturdy and relatively easy to put together, despite it looking intimidating! At first, I paired it with YOGABODY Naturals Trapeze Door Frame Bar...

This is a very strong and good quality swing. I'm a guy, 5'11" and 180lbs. It easily handles my weight and I have no doubt it will handle twice that. I use it primary for body weight strength training, not yoga. It's also useful for "adult activities", but discreet so there's no need to take it down and hide it away when you're done. I leave mine up and use a bungie cord to hook it to the wall to hold it out of the way when not in use.

I got this for me, but turns out my 5 year old autistic son loves it more. He has used it as a swing or for play everyday since I purchased.

I purchased this a couple of years ago. It is very durable, still in perfect condition. I purchased with the trapeze stand. I highly recommend this set up, super convenient. If setting up indoors, perhaps consider the color of your decor. I wish I had gotten black, brown or beige. The teal stands out and looks tacky with my dark furniture. I've had back surgery with ongoing pain issues. The yoga trapeze has been helpful with offering traction and low impact strength training (looks easy, but requires arm strength). Whether I'm hanging to play, create traction, strengthening my back, it has been quite beneficial with managing my pain. If you're considering this for back pain, I've found this to compliment well with starting with heating pad 10 min to loosen/warm muscles, then a few rounds of very slow sun salutation (I do 2-4 complete breaths for each pose to allow me more time to open up each stretch), then either a massage gun or a shiatsu massager for 5-10 min.... Then use the yoga trapeze. Finish up with icing back 10 min This combination has truly helped the intensity of my discomfort. I wish you the very best, as I do know chronic pain can suck the joy from life.

We love this yoga swing! I did a lot of research, and so far, I'm glad I went with this one. It is so versatile. I use it for aerial yoga (I'm a beginner, and am loving it so far!). My husband uses the handles for TRX/suspension strength training. My very active four year old (with direct supervision) uses it to swing and as a sensory hammock. It's going to be a life saver in the winter months as a way to get a great workout in, and a way for my kids to get some energy out and have fun. We installed ours on a joist with bolted hooks. We have also used it hooked into the kids’ swing set outside. The daisy chains make it so easy to adjust to whatever height you need. We did end up shortening the rope (just by tying a few knots in it) to allow the swing to be raised more. All that to say, great swing for a great price!
