I got this as an addition to my IEM. I would totally recommend getting them.

This review is primarily to confirm that it's a good fit for the Massdrop Nuforce EDC3. The polarity matches insofar as the cable is shaped left and right (white and red) correctly for the iems (match the little dot on the cable to the front of the iem). It's a very high quality cable, heavy gauge, smartly designed. It incites vanity in me, hopes that strangers will stop and ask me about my music. The cable is a little bit shorter than most stock cables, but for the most part that's welcome save the very specific case of my needing to route it creatively through a balaclava and cycling jacket for winter commutes (read: I route it through a pit vent; works great!) Speaking of music, I'm using a Fiio M9 through the EDC3s, playing a variety of formats from DSD to 24 and 16 bit FLACS to embarrassingly collegiate-bit-rate mp3. The sound quality improvement from the cable is subtle but noticeable: overall better separate and less noise, but in particular more power and cleanliness especially in the lower frequencies. It's funny I don't actually need to turn it down much over the stock cable: there's more power without it necessarily being louder, and that's a fine, fine thing. In the excellent Saint-Saens Cello Sonatas from Poltera and Stott on Chandos, the cello notes are fully resonant but delightfully clean, so the play against the piano is especially precise though smooth. The obliterating bass drops in last year's Mahgreb United from AMMAR 808 make you stop everything and drop an f-bomb or two. Decay, decay! Arthur Rubinstein's opening chord attacks in the classic Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with Reiner/CSO melt toward their infinity point amidst the full-strings flurry of the quickly tempoed opening. John Bonham! Practically every kick drum, natural, organic, full--a real instrument being played. OK maybe now I'm talking about more than the cable, but you get the idea.

This cable was my introduction to using graphene in sound, while it was good for the signaling, no pops or crackles that shouldn't be there that existed with my other cables(I'd play a song and I would hear a crackle and a pop and then it'd disappear altogether for the whole song, but the crackle wasn't in the sound file) these didn't hold onto the Moondrop Blessing 2's. My left iem would fall off and twice it hit the floor I had to switch brands.

Very nice for the $. Got them for my KZ-AZ10โs and got the heavier 16 coils for my KZ-AS10โs. Both are nice and heavy and do not tend to coil or knot. These earbuds come with decent cables but these heavier oneโs open things up a bit and helps bass to my ears. Use these with either of the KZโs along with some Comply memory foam tips and youโll have some earbuds you will never tire of.

I did not expect to find a balanced cable at this price-point, let alone one of such high quality. The cable is braided beautifully and very soft. No microphonic issues at all. There's a small stiff section leading up to the MMCX connectors to facilitate over the ear wearing. Highly recommended! I'm using it with MEE Audio Pinnacle P1s
