I use an Insulin Pump and have done for more than 10 years.I use these Dressings to secure the Insulin piping to my Body and have done on the recommendation of the Pump supplier

I use this daily on a 55 year old wound, that plastic surgery did not work on twice!!! It is a wound that opens up sometimes on the ankle. I use these because they keep all the bad stuff out. They stay on even through my shower. I can use these to swim. Very strong. But easy to remove.
