I've been using this for a few months now and love it. The Berry flavour is my favourite, although I also buy the Citrus one. Both are very delicate flavours. Fantastic at keeping me hydrated. I've ran out at the moment and am drinking regular water (which I hate drinking).... and I can tell. I feel thirsty all the time without this. Ordering more today.... this will be my 3rd or 4th order of this. The taste can take a bit of getting used to.... it's slightly sweet and slightly salty! But it just works great. As soon as I start to drink this, I feel like I'm absorbing it very quick. Lastly, it's simple to make and dissolves in a glass of water very easy.

These are great and easier to use than the tablets. I would have given a 5 star review, but I found one of the sachets were empty!! I have used zero tablets and other rehydration tablets previously and although these sit just after the most effective (precision hydration) they are easier to get hold of and more cost effective. I have used these after running and if I am feeling a little lethargic due to dehydration. Every time they seem to give me a little lift and rebalance things. I have also used these for my son when he was suffering with flu and it helped to clear his headache (again dehydrated). So I would say these can be very effective. The flavours are not too bad either.

Good stuff, I’m a triathlete/multi sport athlete and found this the best rehydration additive to support me. Slightly over salty taste but it works.

These have saved me many times after long flights and late nights! A little weird to taste, but they really work, especially if you measure the water ratio precisely. Worth having in case of emergency!

This product is second to none that I have tried. I am a marathon runner and have tried all different products in this area. I used this in my last marathon and got a PB. It kept me hydrated and no problems at all with cramp. I would 100 percent fully recommend this product to any distance runners. Rather than mixing into a drink and having take on a lot of fluid while running every 60 minutes tear sachet open put in mouth and wash down with 2 slips of water. My next marathon is this Sunday and am looking forward to using again. If I could give it any more stars I would.

id been using the Mango flavor of this product and loved it, it wasn't too strong but had a nice flavor. i thought id have a try of this one to mix it up but found it had a very plastic taste which made me feel quite ill. id definitely recommend the mango one.

Great hydration product. I use it for all of my training hydration needs. It is great for before, during, and/or after activities. I can't recommend this enough. It is as helpful as having an IV, without the pain of getting an actual IV! Great source of hydration, and it is likely because it has great science and great developers behind it! It is way better than any fizzy tablet that you put in your water. This product is actually useful unlike the competitors. The fizzy tablet products are fake and nasty tasting. SOS is real hydration with great taste. BOOM! BUY SOS!

Berry are good

I tried this product once because I heard about it a lot from the running community. I've had a few instances where SOS has saved my run. Whether it's hydrating to make my 18+ mile long runs feel like 7 mile runs, or the quick rehydration after a race or a long run, you can definitely feel SOS doing its job. I had a 10mile run one day where I didn't take SOS prior but 3 miles in I felt sluggish and tired running 7:15pace. So I went back to my car put 2 packets in a water, gave it 5mins to do its thing and went back out. The 7:15s turned to 6:40s and it felt comfortable. This is where I became a believer. Ever since I've taken SOS I've PRed in 3 distances in 2016. (5k 15:22, 5 miles 24:54, Marathon 2:39:19). I'm not saying SOS is 100% the reason why but I wasn't running these times when I wasn't taking SOS. The factors that make up SOS are key for staying hydrated and for helping out immensely with the rehydration process. Just like the Boston Marathon, I'll be taking it prior, during (its a 2 loop course) and after the Baystate marathon in October as I shoot for sub 2:30. The professional and Olympic athlete backing should speak enough about this product. If you want to be the best you have to train like the best and SOS is on their list. They have a user for life in me and I'll continue to recommend this product to all my friends and athletes. I use SOS for every workout, long run, race, and just if I need something more then water. For those who say it's too pricey is absurd, for $18-20 you get 20 packets which is anywhere from 10-20 drinks. So anywhere from $1-$2 a drink, where gatorade us $2 and up per drink (also filled with some junk along with good ingredients) for that price it's at least worth a shot. You would be disappointed! It's awesome stuff!

I'm a Miler and it sounds weird to associate hydration with recovery but trust me this stuff transports your nutrients really well. I like to drink this after a LONG run (10-13mi) or if I'm rushing to get a run in before work this stuff helps with not being so stiff if you have to make a quick transition. If you're feeling sick (sense sickness coming) this stuff is also better than Gatorade hands down. Leave the pedialyte in the store, Spend your money on this and only use one/two packs a day. I tried 8 ounces of water it's alittle too "filling" so 16 ounces and I can sip that sucker away in a span of 5 hours. Worth it!

Part of my hangover kit. Also handy for these hot hot HUMID Florida days. I swear sometimes I must sweat liters and liters! Taste isn't great but as good as it can be without a ton of sugar etc. I just power it down quick. I always have a couple in my car for hot days and in my suitcase for vacation drinking
