I was taking another well known Menaupause support supplement to ease my night sweats but sadly, it did not work at all for me and I decided to give it a try on this and it worked within few days and I am pleasantly surprised by the results. I am still struggling with other pre menopausal symptoms but I see a great difference by taking this . I will continue to take ! Worth a try. And I have an update, I ran out of this one day and I bought Menosan Sage and guess what, it did not work at all ( sleepless sweaty nights came back) and I quickly bought back this again and it works miraculously. I take one during the day and take other before going to bed with Montmorency cherry capsules and I am sleeping like a baby without sweat. I am glad I found the solution for my problems but it took me trials and errors to find my richt solutions and I wish you all fellow ladies good luck to control uncomfortable girl's small problems!!! ************************************************ Now, another update after writing above review a year ago .. I am still taking one in the morning and one before going to bed every day and it is still working ( for night sweat) and if I miss the dosage, I get night sweat especially before my period ( I am 44, so I get perimenopause symptoms afterall) . I came off antidepressants last year because I had severe PMS but the side affects of the medication was intolerable, I am trying to sort my problems as drug free as possible, sometimes it is a big challenge but we all have to listen to our body and soul and try to do what's best for them , difficult sometimes!

This tablet has worked for me. It's fantastic... I feel like me again.. I've only been taking for a week. My mum noticed a change in me and said to me.. your not like my happy daughter.. what's wrong. It made me think and I said.. maybe I am going through the menopause. So I thought I would try these tablets. As they are good for all stages of menopause. I am feeling less aches and pains, am sleeping again, no more mood swings or feeling irritated and now feeling like my old happy self. Thanks to me listening to my mum, I will arrange to see my doctor about it aswell. These are really good.

You need to take 2 every day, which works out as expensive as the one a day, and takes a longer period of time to get into the system. Once in the system then it helps to reduce the hot flushes which can be several on a daily bases. But A.Vogel Menoforce Sage Tablets one-a-Day would be the better of choice. The tablets taste like walking into a sprayed room of deodorant with your mouth open, bit like some of the well known brand chemists, you know who they are!!! The tablets are easily swallowed, especially for those who see most tablets like horse tablets, and fear them getting stuck!! Value for money is not much better than getting a one a day which seems more potent, does get to work quicker in the system, and lowers hot flushes, and bed sweats better based on having tried both types of A.Vogel Menoforce Sage Tablets over the last few years.

Tryed another brand of herbal menopause tablets wich had no effect,so I read the reviews on these ones which had great reviews so thought i would give them a try nothing to loose, and I'm so glad I did wow,after suffering so many hot flushes during the day,and constant night sweats all night which left me drained all day and all the other symptoms associated with going through the menopause.after taking them for a week not had 1 hot flush through the day and not 1 night sweat.for me they have changed my life,5 star all round,definitely would recommend.

I've been taking this product for quite a while now and have found them to be very effective reducing my hot flushes and symptoms of menopause. The last couple of jars I have purchased via Amazon have had a large amount of broken capsules and a fair amount of pink capsule dust in the bottom of the jar. In my most recent experience, I've had half a capsule left over when getting to the end of the jar so I don't know whether I'm half a capsule to the good or whether I've been short changed. Presumably though the capsules, when whole, are calculated to be a 'dose'. I'm afraid I don't have the time or inclination to find the two capsules that should go together so I don't know whether I'm getting the correct amount. I have now found this product on Amazon from a different supplier at a slightly higher price but I'm hoping it'll be worth it. Watch this space!

I buy these on a regular basis for my wife. She had tried other brands from health shops, websites etc but no noticeable effect. These however, have made a difference. Wife says she feels more balanced, clearer minded and generally feels better. So much so, she has now set up a recurring delivery every month.

I was forced into surgical menopause. I mostly feel nauseated, heachaches, and a pounding heart. I really hate it. This supplement has helped me more than any that I have tried. I am taking this in addition to estrogen, trying to keep the estrogen at a lower level.

Did not do much for hot flashes & night sweats.

Didn't help at all
