I have always been well hydrated but I still used to get cramps at the slightest exertion. So a friend said that manganese worked for her. No harm in giving it a go. These worked a treat, I get much less cramps now.

Dosage too high to take daily
Quality ok but be aware that these 8 mg tablets exceed the adequate intake of manganese, which is around 2 mg/day. Doses over 11 mg/day can cause parkinsonism and it would be easy to exceed that if taking these tablets daily, whilst also eating manganese-rich foods. I therefore take one of these twice a week rather than every day.
