What's the difference from hangsun electric cupping massager ?

The latest Revo™ release (available as of March 22nd 2023) has an upgraded motherboard that controls heat settings to prevent burns. It also has more powerful red light therapy than the Hangsun and stronger suction. Moreover there are 3 dynamic modes that the Hangsun does not have.

How easy is it to place it on your own lower back?

I had my husband do it. I’m not supposed to twist my back as it is. It immediately started pinching my skin and didn’t go deeper than that. It hurt, seemed ineffective and I returned it.

Is cupping good for tight back muscles?

Is it good for tight muscles? IT'S FREAKING GREEEAATTT!!! Only thing is if you have sensitive skin because the device is made of plastic and will have contact with your skin. I'd take that to consideration. There is a feeling of it you would have to get used to. It works so well for me!
