I have just cut 3mm plastic on my table saw using a 255mm TCT blade **Q: Could it be used to cut sheets of wood lengthways making parts and stripwood for aeromodelling projects?** A: YES. I have used this machine to cut wood for my 12th scale doll's housing furniture. You can adjust the machine accordingly; as long as you take the proper care when cutting.
