Review: Fantastic book - This book is brilliant. It's well laid out, lots of helpful tips at the beginning, even substitution ideas. Very sensible and easy ingredient recipes and it shows 3 different cooking methods soup maker, pan and soup blender. This is handy as I don't use the Chunky setting on my soup maker as it always burns at the bottom. The book has shiny pages, user friendly and I love it! Review: Best Soup Maker Soups I've Found - If you're looking for soup maker soup recipes this book is all you will need to produce the most amazing homemade soups. I have learned to slightly adjust the ingredients to suit my own personal taste, but have found it an invaluable guide. The photos and easy instructions are first class. There is a list at the front of the book showing the weight of specific ingredients called for in the recipes. If it says 1 potato you know that it is a peeled weight of 240 g...an onion 120g and so on... It has proved the perfect accompaniment to my Morphy Richard soup maker. Update: Ten years on...still the best soup maker soups book I found!

Easy recipes
I've made quite a few of these recipes and they've all worked really well. I particularly like the smooth soup section, and even though I always leave out the cream, they still work brilliantly and are very tasty. Some of the photos are a little off-putting, particularly the chunky soups, but that's probably just my own take on it. Ignore the pictures and just follow the recipes and it's great.

Must Have for Soup Makers
This is a great book, very easy to follow recipes and they taste delicious. Having just bought a Soup Maker and not sure what I was doing I bought this book to give me some ideas. It has now given me the confidence to try other soup recipes. I would say this is a ' must have' item for anyone who wants to get the most out of their Soup Maker

Useful little booklet
Somehow I was expecting more of a book than a booklet - just 67 pages long, 42 soup recipes. However, there are some more unusual recipes alongside the usual ones, such as Beef curry soup, Moroccan lamb soup, Chinese pork and ginger, Prawn Thai, Satay chicken noodle, and so on. The recipes each have their own page, with very clear (large) font and different methods of cooking - so you can follow the instructions for a soup maker, a manual or programmable soup blender, or the traditional pan method. The photos are a bit basic, in fact the whole book seems like it was printed in the 1980's, (actually 2011), but all in all a fairly useful addition to the recipe collection, especially if you have just bought a soup maker which includes only a few recipes in the instruction book.

Very Satisfied Customer
Bought this as a present for my sister so my review can only relate what she has said about it. Since she recieved it she has never shut up about it. Reckons it`s the best kitchen gadget she`s ever had. Soups are fantastic and so easy to make, smoothies are brilliant, ice and coffee grinding works a treat etc etc etc,,,, you get the picture. I think it`s safe to say she`s very happy with it.
