Great for my dry scalp

I’ve been using U45 cream for my one-year-old baby, and I honestly absolutely love it. She has eczema, and this cream has made such a big difference—it really soothes and hydrates her skin, reducing the redness and dryness so much more effectively than anything else we’ve tried. Even though it’s fragrance-free, the smell isn’t bad at all—surprisingly mild and totally fine, especially for a baby product. I appreciate that it’s gentle yet powerful, and it’s safe for daily use on sensitive skin. This cream has become a must-have in our routine. Highly recommended for any parent dealing with baby eczema or dry skin. Truly a great product! 💙

Good quality, works well , reasonable price

I’ve been using this for my dry skin and it’s been quite good. It’s not too greasy and sinks in nicely. My skin feels softer and less itchy after using it. There’s no scent, which I like. Just simple and does the job.

I use E45 cream on my always dry face and I love it because I only use a tiny bit of it each day and the dryness is gone! The other good news is that it doesn't cause any negative effects like pimples, etc. I don't use it on my hands because it does cause you to leave finger smudges on everything you touch.

this is a miracle cream; it removes my eczema flare-up in just a week, no matter where it is on my body and it also targets my chest pimples and back as well. It is multipurpose

I had an issue with my package not arriving at no fault of the seller, but eventually I received a new one. This cream is AMAZING for those of us with sensitive skin or skin issues-- I have rosacea and this cream is beautifully silky without feeling like a thick, rich cream. No fragrance, no alcohol, no nothing that flares my rosacea like aloe-- great product. Shame I can't buy it locally, but ordering from the UK is worth it.
