what material is it made of? and is it sturdy?

Very sturdy and durable. Not heavy, but just feels well made. Its completely metal welded bar with a table top of possibly some sort of wood/reconstiuted ? Difficult to tell quality of wood because it has a layer of covering on it. To be honest for the price it's pretty good. Have paid more for ones that fall apart after a week. This one is still as good as when I bought it. Hope that helps.

What Wight can it hold ?

The wheels are the weakest part of this stand. With them on I would say you could safely put on 10kg. It will be a lot stronger without the wheels attached.

For transporting is the base / H bar where the wheels are attached to removable?

The top tray can come off pretty easily, but as for the other parts. I wouldn't as it's very difficult to get back together once you take parts away. We found this when actually putting it together. We never read the instructions thinking it's straight forward, to only get stuck half way. It was very difficult to get the parts off again. The spring inside is pretty strong also. So I would say only take the top part off which is held on by a single screw. Other than this, it's a decent stand.
