Excellent value fits great
Had a b&q stable door which rhe mechanism collapsed… searched for replacement AvocetCould not find then as usual checked Amazon!This was exactly the same and fitted in 10 mins

Window Hardware
Part fits perfectly, my only gripe is when it was delivered, we not aware it had been delivered until next day so was left in the rain. Please ask drivers to knock the door or ring the bell !!

Not quite the same as old one
After being sent the wrong one by another seller (22mm) I awaited this one. Fitting it required some drilling of the window as the unit did not fit exactly- about 2mm out of line to the old one - 20 years older. Also needed to lower the locking brackets and grind off a bit of the frame as the window was slightly out of line or the new unit was fatter. Anyway the job took me 45 minutes and am happy with the results. Will order another when the other locks break.

It's an excellent lock
Unfortunately this is not the correct lock for our window and we will have to return it

Window lock
The problem is when you’ve got PVC windows there’s so many companies to get the part you want. Come very difficult. This wasn’t a bad product but it just didn’t fit the windows that I’ve got so I sent it back over all the service. Very good
