Smells lovely And works well when used regularly

Bought this for our Shin Tzu after watching a Groomer on You Tube use it, removing the eye gunk build up on certain breeds. Following the direction of this tutorial, used the gentle facial wash, massaging in carefully airing the eye area. Once rinsed and combed, the area was clean. The product smelt lovely and there was a reduction in the red tear staining. To keep the face and eyes clean and healthy we will continue to use every 2/3 weeks or as necessary. Would highly recommend this product, safe and gentle.

My dog can not stand being bathed. He turns into a snappy little gremlin as soon as he gets wet. His face is a no go and as a result he gets super crusty eyes and his face smells like cheese...its vile and the tear stains are awful. Been looking for something thats good for sensitive eyes that will help, used it a few times. Id like to get rid of the stains altogether but overall little doggos comfort is much more important than appearance. This didnt seem to sting his eyes, cleared all the muck (took a few washes over a few days because I didn't want to push him to far) and has lightened the tear stains a bit. Not a miracle cure but he doesn't seem to mind it so I would fully recommend.

While I didn't find this particularly effective (that is to say any more effective than regular cleaning without the product) for the actual tear stains ... It will be a permanent buy for us simply because the "no-tears" formula is true. My little Bichon (white fluffy and fussy) is perfectly happy to have this put on her face and to leave it on for the required 3-5 minutes without any fussing or whining or unhappiness. If/when I put her normal body shampoo anywhere near her face she grumbles and complains - not with this. I've actually started to put this on her face and head at the beginning of a bath and leave it on while I do the rest of her - it gives terrific results and she is blissfully unaware of it :) As several reviewers mentioned (and it worried me because there are a lot of overpoweringly chemical fragrances that I don't like in dog products) it really is a lovely smell that lasts several days - sort of neutrally clean and fruity. not overpowering but really very nice. If anyone remembers the Body Shop Blackberry or blueberry body wash - it's vaguely reminiscent of that :)

We use this a lot on our dogs we only use it for faces it’s easy to use good for dogs health as it cleans through the bearded and curly faces. It leaves them very soft and clean good value

Lovely smell of this item. I’m in conflict with my opinion on this item. Iv seen really promising reviews but it hasn’t remove the tear stains altogether but it does make a great improvement. My Maltese pup has really bad tear staining, iv changed foods to a high quality grain free food and only give her filtered water as recommended but it only made a slight improvement. It isn’t the easiest product to apply as it’s hard not to get into the eyes but using my fingers To massage and a really soft kids toothbrush to tackle the stubborn marks I then use a wet face cloth to try massage and remove as much of the product as possible. However I need to use this item every other day and I use it 2-3 times on bath days and it Does makes a difference however as I said it hasn’t removed it altogether I can still see faint staining but it does make a big improvement.my pup does like to see me coming with it.

I have a Bichon Frise puppy 4 months old, she’s amazing and never had problems with staining as bad staining, just a few light brown, hardly noticeable stains sometimes. I always clean her eyes with cotton make up remover and optrex and we were quite lucky she never really had tear stains. I bought the face scrub after watching a video on YouTube on grooming, so I gave it a go just to pamper my puppy and avoid tear stains. But every time I use it, the next day she’s got this awful almost red like gunk coming out of her eye, before it was always like greyish normal light brown gunk, but this scrub somehow makes it worse on my pup. I only use the scrub after a good bath and groom so makes no sense the next morning she wakes up all demon like. I never had that problem before using it, haven’t really changed anything wit her diet or other shampoos so it’s gotta be the scrub. A shame as I pretty much have a full bottle left, smells amazing! I really love the smell, but it really doesn’t work for us. Don’t wanna risk it using it more as it’s starting to make my puppy have stains which she didn’t really have before. Not sure why this scrub made it worse, unfortunate as it does smell really nice. 😓

What is with that cap???? It is not properly opening.. the lid of the dispensing part on the cap cones off completely and the design is super inconvenient… haven’t tried the cleanser yet.. will update later🤦🏽‍♀️

The product arrived with its contents spilled in the packet as the cap was not properly secured. While the bottle is not damaged, a substantial amount of shampoo was lost as a result.

j'ai adopter un chat il y à un an , mais il a beaucoup trop de larmes et un pelage blanc , j'ai déjà tester plein de produit , et celui là et l 'un des meilleurs , j'étais septique en le commandant mais je regrette vraiment pas , il enlève vraiment bien les tâches de larme , la texture et en gel donc une petite noisette il y en a vraiment assez pour nettoyer je suis vraiment contente de mon achalandé je recommande vraiment le produit au top 👍

Lo súper recomiendo! Entre baños lo uso para limpiar la carita de mi yorkie, limpio alrededor de sus ojitos y barba, deja su pelito muy suave y oliendo delicioso, mega recomiendo!

Beautiful shampoo that I’m comfortable using on my dogs face. Her hair always come out so soft after each use and very clean.
