It has a 10-fold sweetness in comparison to sugar.Ingredients: Daforto Stevia Plus contains 300 grams of mixed rebaudioside A with 98 percent purity and erythritol. It is supplied in a resealable can.Note: The European Commission decided in November 2011 to allow the use of steviolglycosides in the food sector starting December 2011 (EU Regulation No. 1131/2011). The regulation requires that the used stevia extract has to contain at least 95 percent steviolglycosides. The product meets this requirement.
