Q: What is the expiry date of the product ?

I ordered my box of Caotina in July and the expiry date on that box was November 2018. Each individual sachet has the date embossed into the top 'ribbed' edge of the sachet. Have to admit that I have worked my way through most of the box already! I recommend the chocolate - first tried it in Switzerland.

Expected a longer use by date

The best hot chocolate in the world, in my opinion. However 100 sachets and not cheap - would have expected a longer use by date. They expire in December 2021 giving me 4 months to drink them. As fabulous as it is, this will prove to be a bit of a stretch.
