Cant rate this product anything but the bare minimum of one star because when it turned up, all the feathers were detached from the handle! Just a wooden pole and loose feathers. It looked as if a fox had ravaged the osterich in transit! Have had to throw the lump of feathers and wooden pole in the bin. If they pick up on this review I would like a replacement item and then if it arrives in a satisfactory condition I will put it down to a one off and amend my review accordingly. Will be requesting a chargeback from my bank otherwise. EDITED: After leaving a poor review due to the condition the goods arrived in, I have received a replacement ostrich feather duster and it is in full working order and works perfectly. As a product it performs extremely well, the handle is a reasonable length and is sturdy. The feathers are durable and are excellent at extracting and holding dust, and the dust doesn’t travel around out of it like micro-fibre dusters. The feathers plume out nicely and the duster effortlessly dusts around objects without moving them. A simple shake of the duster outside a few times removes the dust collected. There is a convenient leather strap to hang the duster up but it also fits into an under sink cupboard for storage. Overall a good product, it is a shame the beginning of my experience with this company started off so badly but they have made up for the initial errors quickly and have been very apologetic. Thank you very much for sorting this out and here is to many happy years being dust free.

Looking at the reviews you'd think this was a good duster. All I'll say is filter by date order and all the recent reviews are 1 star. I used it for the first time and half the feathers fell out. Looks like a faulty batch. Would not recommend, steer clear. Returned for a refund. I've changed this from a 1* to a 5* review. After posting the vendor contacted me and offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement, I'm pleased I did the new one arrived the next day and hasn't fallen apart. The reason for changing the review is two fold one that the item is good quality for more importantly the service received was excellent and couldn't fault it. I only wish every retailer was this proactive

I purchased the above and it does collect the dust very well. However a large feather fell out which I pushed back in. When the seller contacted me re the purchase I explained and he immediately refunded my money and postage, and once in stock, sent out a replacement. The feathers on the replacement were longer and bit more bushier, although the first one was still perfectly okay. However, this one had a horrid smell and even though I've put it outside it does still smell. So hopefully this will wear off. Apart from that I would still recommend this product.

I'm really glad I bought this duster. I love ostrich feather dusters, but they're usually so expensive it's prohibitive. This one is extremely high quality and yet an excellent price. Feathers are secure (I've had dusters in the past whose feathers have dropped out). Great for dusting everywhere, but especially my chandeliers (I'm a lot less rich than that comment makes me sound!), and wall hanging frames. And it's attractive. Oh yes, and it doesn't smell (ostrich feathers can smell revolting, but this duster not at all).

This feather duster is of Extremely poor quality. There are very few feathers which look as though they will fall out very quickly. It does not resemble the other feather dusters that I have purchased in the past from another supplier. I would NOT think of purchasing from this company again. LATER. Since writing the above review I have used the feather duster and as I predicted after seeing the poor quality, two large feathers fell out immediately I started to dust. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This is excellent for dusting and far superior to an ordinary duster. You really can see where you have been after using it. I am really impressed because it works well, it feels quality, it looks good and I am hoping it will last longer than the last one I bought which definitely wasn't as good as this one. Excellent customer service from the seller who send me an email telling me how to look after and clean it. Everyone should try cleaning with a feather duster and then they wouldn't use anything else.

Fabulous. Wish I'd bought one sooner. Makes a huge difference to keeping the place clean. Dusting is actually enjoyable and the feathers get into all the nooks without the hassle of moving everything. Who knew a feather duster could make you so happy.

Lovely light duster which beats trying to hoover cobwebs from the ceiling... however I would have appreciated it if the whoever packed my duster didn't bend the feathers (not sure if the seller or Amazon is at fault here). Because of this I don't benefit from the full 50cm, and it doesn't look as pretty. I've tried straightening the feathers out for the past week, but the feathers seem to be unfortunately permanently splayed by the way they were packaged which is a shame. Having said that, I won't be returning it. I can't comment if this one is better than any of the others offered on Amazon.

Et pourtant, il n'a pas été difficile de supprimer le manchon en plastique protégeant les plumes. Le plumeau est large, couvrant ainsi une surface d'environ 15 cm. L'utilisation de ce plumeau est idéal sur les meubles, les objets de décoration ou le matériel audio et vidéo. La poussière est prise au pièce sans utilisation de produits détergeant. Il suffit ensuite de le secouer pour supprimer les poussières prises au piège.

Ho acquistato il piumino per spolverare alcuni oggetti delicati e antichi che ho in casa. Il prodotto da molte soddisfazioni, ed unisce un design elegante all'alta efficienza. Il suo utilizzo è molto semplice e può essere adoperato sia per la depolveratura delle cornici, statue, libri etc. che sul battiscopa o sulla boiserie dove spesso si accumula la polvere. La sua pulizia è semplice e veloce e la ditta mi ha subito contattato privatamente per darmi ogni minima istruzione sull'utilizzo e la manutenzione del prodotto. Ist wirklich 'n geiles Teil. Ohne großartig die Regale auszuräumen verschwindet der Staub wie von Geisterhand. Kenne die natürliche Variante des Staubwischen aus der Automobilindustrie. Dort werden die frisch lackierten Fahrzeuge auch mit Straußenfedern vom Staub befreit. Ohne Kratzer zu hinterlassen... Sehr zu empfehlen... Auch ein Lob dafür, das im vorhinein eine Pflegeanleitung per E-Mail zugesandt wurde,

Muy bueno, para quitar el polvo de casa es perfecto. El plumero tiene unb diseño clasico como los de siempre y gracias a la calidad de las plumas, no rallamos los muebles. Producto altamente recomendado.
