Weld in only
I had one of these tig-welded to the chargepipe on my car. The purpose is a boost pressure feed reroute, for controlling turbo boost pressure. The pipe and fitting are aluminum. The brass fitting is a 1/8 NPT to 1/4 barb. The part serves its purpose well. Worth the investment.
