I bought this to help lift and adjust a few doors in my mother’s house that were catching on the frames, and it worked brilliantly. It makes lifting a door incredibly easy and stable, even when working on your own. Being able to raise and hold the door hands-free made the whole adjustment process much quicker and less frustrating. The tool feels good quality and well made, with a solid build that gives confidence when using it under load. It’s simple to use but very effective, and I can see it lasting a long time with regular DIY use. For the price, the value for money is excellent considering how much effort it saves. A really handy tool to have if you ever work with doors or panels.

Wish I'd bought one of these years ago. I'm only a DIYer, but I've rehung enough doors so far that I wish I'd had this a long time ago. It makes it dead easy to lift the door up to the position you need it, swinging on its pivot point and keeping the bracket level rather than tilting - makes lining up the hinges and putting the screws in so much easier. Good sturdy metal construction, feels like it should last me a lifetime, and I'd expect it to be up to trade use too.

This is a simple but effective tool with an inherent and basic fault which I find puzzling why the makers haven't rectified. When in use the door slips off the small platform. This can be easily rectified by glueing a piece of sand paper to it for grip. 🤘

This is a great tool I should have got this a long time ago as it makes the job a lot easier just a pity that it arrived out of the box which was busted open and the tool loose inside the packaging and the rubber on the bottom of the foot which I had to glue back in place but not the worst thing all is well that ends well.

This tool is very handy to keep beside my reciprocation tool and I can use all my old blades yoU can even sharpen them and use them as a knife lots of positive

Only comes out the box when dealing with raised doors, like others have said doesn’t work to well on uneven floors as doors slide off, bottom plate is to thick for fire door gap to underside when in frame and doesn’t have grip hence why doors slide off when uneven. Their smaller lifter can damage the face edge which is why I purchased this but sadly it doesn’t make a suitable full time replacement.

I run a fencing company and this little gem is fantastic for hanging gates. Simple to use and allows one man to safely hand a heavy gate alone

I work as a trim carpenter and have used wonderbars and the like to lift doors for years. Client brought one of these. I tried it and bought one. I'm not sure what else to say other than it works very well, is a great value, and helps keep the job to a one man exercise.
