Not an ISI approved product. Critical Parts inside are of poor quality.
Not a very good product. I have purchased it last year but it is not an ISI approved product and it's heating coil supporting mica sheet has been broken. Don't purchase.

This one is the worst experience I ever had with Amazon, I ordered a replacement and got a new one as the previous omproduct was defective and now it has stopped working after 1 week , they still haven't send a technician even after registering my complaint via Orient customer care.

Quality does not match with the name ORIENT
Very expensive if you compare with the quality of this product, got defective / disassembled heater, got this repIred by local electrician, big no to this product. Keeping this as it is almost winter on the hills after repairs at my own expenses. Orient disappointed me with this product as this kind of quality was not expected by Orient.
