Product Description HG300 "The Gripper King" - rated at 300lbs / 136 kg - Although there are well over 20,000 HG300's on the market, we estimate that there are less than 250 athletes world-wide that can do reps with this hand grip although most male athletes (and there have been a couple of women) with an average-sized hand can build up their hand-strength to close a HG300 for at least one rep if they train regularly with the Heavy Grips. HG350 "The Grip Monster" - rated at 350lbs / 159 kg - If you can close the HG350, your hand strength is definitely 'world-class'. Box Contains 2 x Hand Gripper Review: Better than the cheap store grippers - I purchased the 100lb and 150lb grippers not knowing which would be suitable. On receiving the the grippers I found the 100lb great for warming up as I could do the full set of reps as descried in the exercise manual. So I will try and give advice to a potential buyers. I am a plumber by trade and of average build so I am used manual work but I can only manage 2 full closes of the 150lb on my right hand and 1 on my left hand. People complain about the knurled grips being hard on the hands causing blisters but your hands will soon harden in a short time. The grippers come with a detailed sheet of paper on how to exercise properly. So to build strength you do less reps at a higher poundage, similar to weights. The build quality is very good and should last a very long time and the manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty. I've had those cheap store bought grippers with foam handles for years but those do not compare to these. Hopefully in a few months I will move up to the 200lb model. Review: Hand grips that really work you. - Have you ever bought a set of heavy grips that were any but, well SHUHARI hand grips are very heavy. They are robust and hard to compress,if you have any sense start with the lowest value and work up from there. The 100llb grip is very hard and will push you tot he limit and I have not even started on the 150llb which I thought my husband should be on by now, well WRONG.The grips are fantastic for a real work out and will leave your hands significantly harder and stronger.A real grip for real strength athletes.

not great
There good if your strong but the grip are so bad especially if your hands sweat whilst doing them. I'm a real gym head and I buy gym equipment all the time but these are very poor do not buy. There are better handgrips on Amazon

Excellent Product
Good and very reliable. Saw a massive improvement in hand grip and forearm strength. Very durable as well. Can't go wrong!

Great grippers.
I'm not sure how these compare to CoC grippers but I like them. I have the whole set; from 100 to 350, and I'm training with the 250 now. My grip has definitely improved and it's sorted out a problem in my forearm, which I'd had for a while, that had prevented me from lifting heavy in pulling movements.

Great buy, very happy with these
After surgery on my elbow I needed to strengthen up my forearms again. I already had the cheap foam 1s from Argos I think, but I needed something with more resistance. These are a great buy, I still use my foam 1s to warm up and get the blood flowing. I currently have the 100lbs and 150lbs of the heavy grippers. That atm is enough for me, not being a big guy. I would suggest starting on the 100lbs and building up sets and then move up to the higher 1s.

they seem very well made & sturdy, which of course they need to be
Although I haven't had them long, they seem very well made & sturdy, which of course they need to be. I got the 150-200 pack & for my slight frame, the 150 is adequate, the 200 I cant close fully. I got them hoping to improve my grip strength due to various injuries to my right forearm, & having had a few in the past that all broke, these are really excellent.

Feels Good
Got the 150/200 double pack. Great deal (ยฃ25). Found I could do 15 reps of the 150 easily, on the first day I got them. Apparently this is the time to switch to 200. But I think it might take a couple of weeks before I manage to do a full 15 reps of that one. It feels good, but if anything I would prefer if the knurling in the metal was rougher, as it does tend to slip around after about 5 reps, but maybe when I get better that won't happen anymore. Great product and cheaper then the CoC grippers.
