Great flavor and price

It has a great flavor and it does taste and smell like pork bacon. Very pleased with this and will be buying more.

My first order had to be canceled due to the supplier accidentally over selling. I was contacted about this and told of the next shipment and received the seasoning quickly. The directions are easy to follow and, as a stand alone, makes a decent product that taste similar to turkey bacon. Personally I find the flavoring to be a little weak and am going to add maple syrup and cracked black pepper to the outside of my next batch

I have used this for years buy over and over

First off I've used a lot of different AC Legg seasonings and they have never let me down. This one unfortunately did. I did a 25 pound batch of 50% venison and 50% pork shoulder. Followed the directions completely. It looks beautiful but the taste is somewhat a ham/smoked sausage flavor. Don't get me wrong because it is very tasty but if you are looking for bacon flavor look elsewhere.

Easy to use great taste

This kit was easy to use. The instructions were easy to follow. The flavor was the best we've ever had. I hope you carry it again!
