Déconnexions permanentes de la caméra malgré envoi au SAV
Cette caméra ne fonctionne pas car se déconnecte en permanence. Croyant à un pb avec ma connexion ADSL, j'ai fait installer la fibre, j'ai désinstallé le produit et l'appli et réinstallé le tout en pure perte. J'ai donc demandé un SAV sur la caméra dont j'ai dû régler les frais d'envoi. Au retour même pb, déconnexions permanentes de la caméra. J'ai effectué une permutation avec une caméra identique que m'a prêtée un ami. Sa caméra fonctionne chez moi et la mienne ne fonctionne pas chez lui. Le produit est donc visiblement HS et le SAV, "après tests", ne constate rien d'anormal sans me préciser quels tests ont été effectués et botte en touche...

Malen malen, la video camera andava a fuoco, si surriscaldata subito, l apertura delle finestre non veniva riconosciuta la maggior parte delle volte e quindi non suonava l allarme..

Non è un sistema di allarme
Venditore fino ad ora corretto, merita 5 stelle, prodotto definito sistema di allarme intelligente, ma che è praticamente quasi impossibile da usare come allarme non è inseribile e disinseribile, continua a dare allarmi ed è ingestibile.
