I’ve been using this twice a day for four weeks, exactly as instructed, and it has made a noticeable difference. I’m not about to put my toes on the internet for proof, but they are definitely looking better than they did before. It’s very easy to use, which helps a lot with something like this because you actually stick with it instead of forgetting after a few days. The brush makes application simple, and the whole process is pretty straightforward. The only thing I’d change is the bottle. I really wish it was clear so you could see how much liquid is left and know when it’s time to buy another one. Aside from that, I’ve been happy with it and it seems to be doing the job.

After two weeks I can definitely see an improvement which is very encouraging. I just had two nails affected so hopefully this tube will last long enough to finally get rid of the infection. I have deducted one star only because I think it's such a tiny tube and most people will probably need more than one. Having said that, it's cheaper than anywhere else, and it's effective - even if I'll probably buy another tube so that if there is any sign of the infection recurring I can commence treatment immediately. Stick with it - it works!

Thought if try this product after two weeks I have not noticed a great difference , and not much left in tube it comes out far to fast so wastage at times will continue to use and see what happens !

I've had a fungal nail infection for nearly 10 years and have tried a lot of treatments. Some make it look instantly a lot better but don't actually fix it. This treatment doesn't make it look instantly less yucky. However I now have 4 toenails completely free of fungus and a visible line of fungus free nail growing on all the rest. With 10 fungus ridden nails, a pot lasts me 5-6 weeks. The application is very easy and there's no scraping around to get the last bit out because the applicator is well designed. Don't squeeze the pot too tight or lots will come out but you'll quickly master this. I'd recommend applying over your cuticle as well as the nail as this is working for me. Think I might finally be able to wear sandals again next summer!

Having admittedly seen an improvement in a fungal nail after using this every day for 20 months, today I saw a chiropodist and wished I'd done this at the outset. He told me Mycosan is not a medical product and that it doesn't contain any antifungal ingredients. It will help but can't cure. I'm having a course of 3 laser treatment in conjunction with weekly application of an antifungal paint. For a non-medical product, it has a hefty price tag. Beware!

I started using Mycosan on my toenails 6 weeks ago. I had had a fungal nail infection for about a year and finally got round to treating it. I bought Mycosan from a rather unhelpful chemist and wasnt sure whether it would work. I treated my large toenails twice a day and my other toenails (which didnt seem infected) once a day. I did this for four weeks then treated just the large toenails once a day for another 2 weeks. I saw results within the first week. After 6 weeks of treatment my toenails are now looking fantastic. There is still a very slight dicolouration but they are looking so much better than before. I know it says on the instructions that it can take 6 months but it was so much quicker for me. There is a guide in the instructions with tick boxes making it easy to remember when to treat and nail files are included to file down the nails once a week. I have just re-ordered more Mycosan (from amazon, cheaper!) as mine is beginning to get low and I am going to continue treatment for another couple of months just to be sure.
