Awesome book.
This very tiny, very short, very easy to read book is packed with great info. I loved it. Have already planted a bunch of stuff he suggests.

Needs more details
There is not near enough detail in this book. It's too small and too thin and just glosses over everything.

Some good information
This is a nice little book. Caleb offers some new ideas about food forest gardening that I hadn’t thought of before. It is worth the price.

Definitely NOT a how-to book
Where's the rest of the book?? It's definitely not a how-to book for gardening, and doesn't even tell how to set up a food forest, you're on your own to figure it out. It starts with a personal "check list" of what the reader wants to accomplish but the writer never goes back to it at the end with any kind of advice on how to make it happen, totally no direction how to set up your food forest. It's only a list of what to plant and what not to plant, including a chapter about buying your seeds from his business. No, I wouldn't recommend this book. You'll find as much and lots more on YouTube.

Northern Food Forest
I am researching food forests in Utah. I found this book helpful, concise and used common sense principles. I'm looking forward to other publications by this author.

Very little content, just a list of heirloom plants ...
Very little content, just a list of heirloom plants punctuated with a lot of plugs for the author’s website. I expected more detail and less cross advertisements.

Disappointed.
This is less a book, more a pamphlet. Its very cheaply produced, has no pictures to speak of, is very short. More importantly it never really talks about permaculture or real permaculture design. If you actually picked this up in a book shop, you wouldnt buy it - its so cheap. They get away with selling it on Amazon because you cant have a close look. Steer clear and go for something better made and more genuinely based on permaculture.

Unbelievable flat
This book, or you have to say booklet is nearly content-free - besides the self-promotion of the author, the authors online-shop and the authers impression of his own knowledge. Sorry to say, but it isn#t worth a penny. There are a lot of good books about foodforests out there, but this does not count into them. Best thing to say is, that you can ship it back to amazon , after you have read it completely within less than one hour.
