Delicious but its base is propylene glycol. It has a very strong alcohol taste to it that’s very noticeable in coffee and is much more suitable in baking.

A little goes a long way. Wasn’t sure at first because it’s almost too intense. Needs to be carefully used and preferable either way a bit of other flavoring. Works well in many applications, I’ve used in yogurt, pudding, actual cheesecake and frozen desserts/ice cream. Balance is the key. Good value when you realize how little is needed. The packaging is impressive and the dropper it comes with is an absolute must to use this. This is not like ordinary extracts. Doesn’t change the color of anything so not too yellow which is nice.

Chemical taste

Dolce simply makes the best flavors on Earth and this cheescake flavor is no exception. I have mixed it with many other flavors, creating treats that taste like strawberrry, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, peach, and even watermelon cheesecake! And it is very, very concentrated. This one small two ounce bottle will make me dozens, if not a hundred deserts, batches or gummies, hard candies, and anything else I can think of.

Was super excited for this to add to greek yogurt bowls, but the taste is very artificial and has a slightly chemical aftertaste. I will not be using this product anymore, and instead will stick with vanilla extract.
