It works ok.i think that the press should fit into the basket a little tighter, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I'm gonna make an adapter so that I can add weight to the press without being wobbly. Just getting started making cheese, 2 batches so far. I would buy the kit again

These are not small
Being new to cheese making and trying to get milk out of a sheep is a challenge. It took me a week to get enough milk to make my first batch, but on a sheep, there is lots of fat to make fumage. Even so, cheese cloth was essential to start, then I could press into the mold.

Unbalanced cheese mould
Mediocre, followers are far too small for this mould and doesn't leave clean cheese shape. Quite messy to use and can't press with heavy weight or curd squishes up. I have 30+ years making cheese.
