Tamiya German Anti-Tank Gun 1:35 Plastic Model Assembly Kit

Great little model, quite an old kit now but with the usual Tamiya quality it goes together very well, perhaps not for the very young or inexperienced as it is delicate and fiddly with some very small parts so a steady hand and above all patience is required. As with the vast majority of model kits it does not come with glue or paints. A great kit to keep you busy over a few days for less than a tenner, excellent value.

A cracking kit for the money. You get everything you need here including the crew and ammunition accessories. The gun is a joy to build and is well detailed. The crew sprue is showing its age and mine came with such prominent mould lines that I had to double check that I was not actually taking off detail with my file. A bit of work will make them perfectly serviceable. Overall, highly recommended.

It's been a long time since I worked on a historical kit and I'd forgotten how detailed Tamiya kits are! Put the kit together with my 11 year old (his first "proper" kit) with no real problems, good quality mouldings with no flash and few mould lines that fit well - great price, great service from Model Hobbies - only odd thing is Amazon classifying the kit as a toy and if that's the worst thing I can think of it says it all lol. Looking forward to the next build :)

Traditional Tamiya quality- never disappointed in Tamiya. Unusual and interesting offering and looks great when finished, painted and detailed. You can make a very fine piece as is or go all OCD on the detailing and end up with a museum piece. Looks really good as a towed piece or set up in the field. I have seen this artillery piece in a number of movies and I really enjoy what it can add to a diorama. Go as simple or as detailed as you like. Great for advanced modelers or for beginners especially if you have never built a piece like this before. It would be a great primer for a more complex 88mm or flak gun. Price is right too. Buy several and you have a nice gun emplacement diorama. Arrived on time and undamaged.
