Product Description The various products of the Weathering Effects range, all of them formulated with permanent pigments and water based acrylic resins, have been developed to represent the effects of time and weather on models and dioramas, so that they will look as once their originals in the field. This range of effects includes the spilled fuel runnels, the splashed mud, the lichen and moss on wood, the crushed grass stuck to the metal links of the chains of a tank, all the traces of wear and destruction on vehicles in harsh and hostile climate. A dark brown colour with traces of vegetation, most commonly observed in central European terrain and humid areas of the Mediterranean countries. Most of the non alkaline grounds present this aspect. Directions Mix a small amount of product with water on a palette, dip the included brush into the mixture, and apply to the desired surface to create a weathered, muddy effect. Review: Really cool mud "paint" - Seriously impressive stuff. Looks like mud, goes on like mud, but dries hard. I've used it on my scale crawler for some muddy sides and it's perfect. I didn't treat the plastic at all, just slapped it on there and it went hard nice and quick.

Looks like wet mud, has a great consistency, and even has bits of 'vegetation' fibres in it. It can be thinned to allow for splatter effects too. I will buy more of this range.

**Q: Would you recommend this for basing miniatures?**
A: It goes on wet and just like mud when dry has the same texture as dry soil

**Q: Can you use this to paint on cloth?**
A: I suppose if you build it up enough on cloth it will dry but I bet it would break up if the cloth isn’t kept flat.  It dries great with texture and even looks wet on plastic

**Q: Will this work well with an RC tank that gets driven?**
A: i would not recommend it
