Smiffy's Women's Nun's Kit with Headpiece and Collar

Used for World Book Day and was a HIT ... just wear it with a plain black loose dress and it's a hit. I made a gold coloured cross and attached this to my lanyard. Well worth it.

Neck piece looks very different than the photos. It's a lot smaller and looks slightly like a babies bib... however head piece looks good! Value for money is good for what you get. Item came quickly in the post and in good order

This item was so cheap but looks great on. The neck collar isn't as wide as it looks in the photo but the rest is as it looks. I am really happy with this product and is great for fancy dress just add a long black dress and cross and you have the whole nun costume.

Ordered for a friend for a fancy dress party. When she wore it to visit we made her take it off because it looked real.

Headband very tight (i make jewellery and head pieces so I know I have an average sized head) I'm going to have to cut it and add in extra elastic. And the collar is not the same size as pictured, either in length or around, unless you have a very tiny neck, the collar will barely go further than half way around your neck! Luckily it just ties at the back. You get what you pay for glad it was only £3.

Arrived in time, well worth the money. Perfect item to fit the occasion. Easy ordering and arrived by said date. Recommend☆☆☆☆☆

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter as she is a nun in her school play. Was concerned that it wouldn't look like the picture after an earlier review but needn't have worried. To look like the picture the veil is worn like an alice band and placed over the face like in the previous review. I have included photos of both options (sorry but for some reason they are wrong orientation). The pack includes the veil and the white collar/next piece.

The quality isn’t the best and it was quite a snug fit but for the price, it served its purpose.

Würde ich wieder kaufen, erfüllt seinen Zweck. Kopfbedeckung sitzt sehr gut. Hinten ist noch ein kleines Gummi eingenäht damit es elastisch bleibt. Latz für den Hals nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein.

Lo compré para asistir a un concierto de Ghost, y la verdad es que cumplió totalmente con mis expectativas. Me ayudó a lograr un look muy auténtico y acorde con la estética de la banda, además de ser fácil de poner y llevar durante varias horas. Recibí varios comentarios y cumplidos por el disfraz, así que lo recomiendo sin dudar para quien quiera un accesorio sencillo pero efectivo para eventos, Cosplays o conciertos.

Honestly, even a little better than I expected! My expectations were low considering the price and the average quality of costumes like this. The material is the usual nylony feeling and thin. The edges of the vail aren’t sewn-just cut. Although, the neck piece was hemmed. I was concerned that the vail would be too short but it wasn’t. It went about half way down my back and wrapped plenty around my shoulders to the front. The neck piece was a little smaller than I hoped. It didn’t go very far back over my shoulders-you can see from the pic. I taped it down with double stick tape and it worked ok. I also ironed it and trimmed up the jagged edges and loose strings. That helped. Overall I definitely think I got what I paid for.

Product arrived as shown. Headpiece is worn as a wrap-around headband & was a bit too large for myself but bobby pins were a quick, secure fix.
