I'vr been unable to eat anything with gluten in since 2018, due to celiac, which sucks, because breakfast is my favorite meal and I can't ever get a breakfast sandwich. I've been dreaming of being able to make the perfect gluten free egg sandwich for literally years. I buy amazing GF buns a store, but I wanted a perfect egg patty to make my breakfast sandwich feel like a real one from a restaurant. I bought egg rings a few years ago but it was smaller than the bun and just didn't work out that well. So I decided to look for better options and I found this pan. The size of the egg patties is the same size as a standard bun! I also decided to try to make a corned-sausage patty, (just found that and decided to try it) and I mixed the contents of the can with one egg to help the corns sausage stick together better to form better patties. I haven't had a real breakfast sandwich for 8 years, until tonight! I put a little Tajin on it too. I was so excited to eat it I wasn't concerned with taking a perfect picture of the end result, but it tasted and looked like a real breakfast patty!! The pan was easy to assemble, you just have to attach the handle to the pan and attach the little knob thingy to the lid. Super easy. I didn't even need cooking oil! The non-stick surface worked great! Nothing stuck to the pan and everything was easy to flip. Get it! It's amazing!!

I am over the moon happy with this egg pan! I love this little egg pan! I make scrambled egg patties for breakfast bagels at least a couple times a week for myself and my family. This has been. SUCH a huge time saver!!! I'm in love with a pan, lol. It assembles in all of two minutes easily and cleans easily as well. The cups are a little small and it does come work one tiny spatula. I would recommend grabbing at least one more as a spare to use with this pan. Eggs seem to slide off pretty easily as long as you don't leave them to burn.
