Fantastic Light, Even Better Customer Service
Absolutely love these lights! My only minor gripe is that the LED bulbs aren’t user-replaceable. However, the customer service totally made up for it—Even after the warranty period, they assured me they could help me replace the light source with a new one. As for the light itself: it gets incredibly bright when you need it to, and what I really appreciate is that it's adjustable to a soft, warm glow. The finish is excellent, and all the hardware feels solid—you can really tell the craftsmanship is superb.

Original and replacement both didn't work - stay away
I have had two shipments of these lights and both did not work properly. The first one that arrived had one working tube and the other would not light up. I processed an exchange, and the replacement worked well for a few weeks. Conveniently, now that I am outside of the return window, the replacement light doesn't work (both tubes) and I'm stuck with it since it's past the 30 days. I think it must be this particular size, because I have three other versions of these lights throughout my house and those all work perfectly fine and look nice. Since I am 0/2 with these lights, I would suggest not ordering them.

Well-Priced for A Stylish Upgrade
I chose these for my master bathroom to replace what the builder installed decades ago. Easy to install. The LED light tubes fit snugly when twisting them into the base. Go slow so you don't cross-thread them. I purchased more for the rest of my bathrooms after seeing how nice they looked.

Advertised as dimmable but does not work on even a basic dimmer. Constant clicking sound. Don't buy if you intend to use on a dimmer.

DO NOT BUY no installation manual in the package. the wire comes like this, which makes me suspect that this is an returned item. after wiring it up, it doesn’t work.
