Wish I had these years ago. It's construction means there is no weather protection, so for camping and other similar pursuits you will probably still want to use some decent boxes, but this isn't a problem for me.

Excellent device, batteries escape from the retail packages they arrive in once opened. This way I can keep them in an orderly fashion knowing that everything is fresh. The plastic battery holder boxes I have been using up until now, are fiddly and a nuisance to use, in contrast, this holds 12 in a very compact space, and you simply slide out what you need with your thumb. Wish I had these years ago. I do a lot of photography and used to have rechargeable batteries all over my bag and the only thing i could guarantee is that i would never be able to find a set of charged batteries when i need them. Along came this caddy and it is such a simple yet brilliant idea. holding 12 batteries at a time means i only need one or two of these to supply a set of hungry flashes. I have a simple way of organising them, when they are discharged i turn them upside down so i can instantly see which are charged and which need charging which saves an enormous amount of time before a shoot trying to work out which need charging (previously i gave up and just recharged all of them which takes a considerable amount of wasted time) In short I love these things, I have about 6 of these in both black and orange and would easily recommend them to everyone
