I use these gloves with my wood stove and they work great. My hand are protected from the heat and the fire. I'm able to put wood in, move it around if needed work no burns. These were a great price and I highly recommend these.

I use these two manage the firebox in my offset smoker. They were extremely well. I wear size XL gloves and they fit my hands well. They do a great job at keeping the heat out. I can pick up items inside the firebox without them getting hot or feeling like I'm about to get burned. I still have decent dexterity while wearing them. They come almost all the way up my forearm, so I have much more protection with these then my previous set of gloves. I would definitely recommend these for grilling or managing the fire in the offset smoker.

If you weld you know that your hands and forearms suffer very quickly from heat and splatter, no real way to avoid it. Until you get a GREAT pair of gloves. These gloves are an excellent addition, while welding there was no heat bleed through at all - they function perfectly Yes, the dexterity has a bit of a learning curve BUT would you rather suffer a burn? I didn't think so. Buy these with 100% confidence they are excellent.

I typically buy extra large gloves. These are somewhat snug on my hands, but still usable. I just wish they had a larger size. Hence the four stars. Still very good quality would definitely recommend anybody. Update. After using these for a week, they loosened up quite a bit and fit great.

Perfect for using with my melting furnace. These go past my elbows and i feel very protected while wearing them. They are so good in fact that they are probably overkill for what I use them for. I want my wife to see i'm being safe so it is well worth it.

These are very flexible but also thick which is perfect. I've never had such thick welding gloves that are this flexible. Usually if you get the thick ones u can barely flex your fingers but these are perfect. I use them for welding and cutting and also for bbq and camping . You can stick your hands in the fire to move logs or food etc. Even pulling things out the oven and what not. I'm gonna buy another few pairs for my wife and extra for me . So many uses to keep your hands and arms safe while dealing with scorching hot items. These are HANDS down the best hot gloves I've had . Very impressed. Price is perfect too. I paid double this amount for unflexible ones at canadian tire which sucked cuz its tuff to handle hot items when the fingers are too stiff .
