Excellent quality and easy to use

I've been using these steels for years. Gives a great edge after only a few strokes but obviously it depends on how well you maintain your knives.

I've only had this steel a few weeks. From what I've seen so far, this is a great steel that does the job well. It's not flashy but I like that about it.

I have to ask my son because it was a present for him on the recommendation of my son in law who couldn't do without it! (His words ) but I know my son will love it too!!

Seems well made, works best when you use it quickly before every knife usage but will bring old knives back to life with a little effort too.

Does the job, sharpens quite well

This steel is good once you've worked out the angle. You need to watch some videos before using it if you're not a chef, but once you've got that sussed then excellent sharp knives.
