1519 ORGANIZADOR P.1510

I bought the Pelican 1519 lid organiser for my 1535 pelican air. You cant use the screws to secure it (so I also bought some 3m foam tape.) The Lid fits fine into the 1535 and provides 4 squarish and one rectangular case for storing the little things that would get lost in the rest of the bag. Its great for memory cards, cables and readers. The zippers all moved well without sticking - despite their semicircular route; and the mesh pockets feel reasonably robust. The lid organiser does mean you lose the top foam; but it does give you back space that is in reality wasted most of the time.

I am a guitar tech and I needed to get a smaller peli case and this was the perfect accessory for the peli 1510! I have lid space now for more things! It’s a great size and the zips seems sound so far and it’s easy to install it comes with screws and you just screw into the lid very sturdy and great value for money!

Bought for insertion into a non-Pelican case (B&W International Outdoor case), this product seems pretty adequate for the purpose. It would be a considerable improvement in useability if there were pullers on the zips; the present small bare tags (ie the normal zip configuration) are a little on the small size plus the black colour makes them less than easy to locate (Black metal pullers engulfed in black mesh on a black background). Simple paracord loops through the tags would improve matters far beyond the minimal cost (I did all 5 for about 40 pence total). If Peli wanted to go "up market" in keeping with their self-image then cord plus extended pullers (á la Berghaus jacket zips for example) would be better still. One slightly annoying thing is that the instructions mention 2 ways of mounting to the case, either by screws (supplied) or by Velcro (not supplied). It'd be better if either Velcro wasn't mentioned at all or if it was supplied. Again, no vast cost increase but a major improvement in installation options. The backing board for the 5 pockets is simple press-board (ie compressed cardboard) with a pretty edge binding. Adequate, no more than that though. Nor does it really need to be. The mesh pockets SEEM quite tough and are reasonably roomy without being so baggy that they trap in the case when closing. A nice variety of pocket sizes within the outline/footprint so no excuse for a tiny 6" cable to get buried at the bottom of a massive pouch. The mesh of the pockets makes for easy identification of the contents which is well thought-out; decently small mesh prevents anything but really tiny items falling out. All in all, I'd describe this as a reasonably workmanlike product. Not luxurious and, from some vendors, over-priced in terms of materials & manufacture - however, pitched at a niche market like this product is I'd say it was more than acceptable with slight room for improvement.

Be patient when installing, as you need to control your breathing but once installed it brings order to chaos and is a good addition to the Peli case. It is not as robust as the case but as long as you're not greedy and don't overfill it, it will give you good service.

Pelican branded product. Comes with 6 x screws and washers for installation into your lid otherwise you'll need to think up some other way to put in. Fits a 1510 type lid. Fits my duratool case perfectly. 4 x square type pockets and 1 x thin pocket that is the height of the 2 square pockets

Fits the lid of a pelican 1510 case well. However, the quality is very poor, stich lines are all over the place, zip lines run off at angles. I waited for this thing to be delivered from Germany, I'm not so sure I want to fit it or keep it. Very annoying, very disappointed in Peli again! Update to previous review..... Amazon very kindly exchanged it for another, Thank you Amazon! I waited another week and finally the new one arrived. Wow, another piece of garbage from PELI, what is going on with you people? I never get these issues with items from PELICAN.

funzionano molto bene, il materiale è resistentissimo, nel flightcase entra alla perfezione, i fori sono perfettamente in corrispondenza degli appositi rigonfiamenti, è facilissimo da montare. consigliato.

Taillé sur mesure pour les pelicase 1510 (et leurs copies conforme). La photo est assez explicite. Le prix est un petit peu élevé mais c'est un accessoire Pelicase et je n'ai pas trouver d'équivalent moins cher. Très pratique pour ranger toute mes bidouilles pour le boulot, sans les perdre au fin fond de la caisse à outil : adapt DMX, lampe frontal, piles, petite multimètre, tape, stylos, etc.

Bra lock men till högt pris. Passar min 1535 peli air om man hittar på egen lösning för att fästa den. Jag satte den på plats med kardborretejp och det fungerade väldigt bra.

Für jeden mit einem Peli 1510 oder einem no name Nachbau sollte dieser Deckeleinsatz Pflicht sein! Super einfach montiert und erweitert die Kapazität des Koffers massiv! Dazu dann auch noch gut geordnet! Leider haken die Reißverschlüsse ein wenig, das ist aber u verschmerzen.
