EVO20i 2kW 2000w 230v silent Suitcase Inverter Generator

I bought this generator in May 2016 and just started to use it in 2019 when the need arose. Firstly, the generator model I received does not appear to be the same as I ordered from Amazon. Secondly, all was well for the first few months, and then the "primer" button - see photos which is made of plastic - cracked, meaning the generator is now useless.;

This is the right one for me i work on Road & Cross Country event and we us the generator all over (Top One)

I purchased a 4kw unit not 2kw. It passed from me to somebody else whose feedback is very positive.

I though this was a good generator but a year on and it don't want to work anymore so disappointed :9
