It feels extremely durable and provides excellent protection while still being practical for everyday use. The built-in kickstand offers strong support and makes it easy to use the Surface comfortably on a desk or table. The included lanyard/shoulder strap is also a nice feature for carrying it around day to day. It is convenient without feeling too much in the way when the device is set down for work. The case fit perfectly and evenly, giving the Surface a very secure feel while still allowing the tactical buttons to work as they should. The openings for cords and connections are well designed, with plenty of space for easy plug-in and removal. I have not had any issues accessing ports or using accessories. Overall, I am very pleased with this case and would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, functional, and secure Surface Pro case.

Very easy installation, All features as advertised and very functional.

This case for my Windows Surface Pro 9 is an absolute perfect fit – it truly fits like a glove. The super thick construction provides a reassuringly rugged feel, giving me confidence in protecting my device. The thoughtful design, incorporating a silicone frame and a honeycomb pattern on the back, offers excellent grip. I feel much more secure holding my Surface Pro 9, even in demanding environments. Speaking of which, I've been using this case consistently for a couple of months now, both in my garage and at work, and it still looks brand new. It feels incredibly durable and has clearly held up well to daily wear and tear. The built-in button protection is a fantastic feature, ensuring the buttons remain easily accessible and require no extra effort to press. Overall, this case is worth every single cent for the peace of mind and protection it provides!

Good looking product that protects well.

I searched the interwebs long and hard to find the perfect case for me. This happens to be it. Fits great, protects well (I've dropped twice and no damage to tablet or case), somehow manages to let the kickstand unfold all the way, and the pen holder holds tight without being difficult to remove. The strap on the back pulls out just enough to do its job without being loose and slides right back when not in use. I was originally concerned with it stretching out over time but I don't see it being an issue at this point. Great value for the money! Now for the minuses - The bottom section can fit a little loose if the keyboard isn't attached. I rarely pull mine off so it's not a problem for me but might be an issue for some. The little rubber keyboard holder strap is only really used to fidget with when I'm bored in meetings... And the cut outs for the magnetic charger are just a hair away from being too small. They work but could use to be just 2-4mm longer to help the fit.

This is a pretty nice and well designed protector. Easy to apply, very functionally with the fold out back legs and an easy adjust hand strap that feels decent. This was a good buy for someone to take this into the field or work in an office. Allows functionality of a tablet and a laptop. If this had a built in screen protector it would be good for wet areas as well.

I probably shouldn't even have to say this, but you need to design your cases so they can enjoy a screen protector as well as a case...... Had to remove screen protector to get the case to fit my surface 9. I hope your product guarantee covers screen damage, just in case.

LOVE IT! it’s still a sleek product regardless of what it does to protect your Surface Pro. I have a Pro 11 and it fits perfectly. The fact that it has a band on the back so you can hold it with one hand and not have to worry about it falling is great. I recommend this product to anyone who has been in the market for it. This is my first review after 1,000+ purchases on Amazon. WORTH IT!!! and the part i love is that you can still use the stock kickstand with the Windows logo showing. 🤌🏽
