I live in a tiny home with not much closet space. This so nice! Installed in a high cabinet in my bedroom; all I have to do is pull down the handle and wah-lag! There are my hanging clothes right in front of me! Easy installation.

Went from 1 star to 4 starts; I received replacement in a timely manner. We used longer screws than what was included; It did cost another $40.00 to reinstall the replacement, which was not covered by seller. I will discuss with seller to see if any cost can be re-cooped. Here it is back hanging in closet. The best afforable handicapped solution for closet. This was installed at the end of Sept, here is is the 28th if October so poor quality do not recommend

Love this rod. I’m 5’1” & originally saw this on Open House Show. When having my closet built I insisted on this!! Now I can have a double hung closet that I can actually store clothes I use without struggling to reach!!

What a great space saver. I love it! It was a challenge to install it high above my stairs to the basement, but got it done safely with scaffolding. I recommend this product!

Out of the box it looks OK, but the plastic pieces feel very poor. The screw holes for the end of the pull down handle, and the handle itself are not aligned, and difficult to line up. Then you have to be super careful to not strip the provided small screw. It sucks when the handle comes down and you need a ladder to grab the bar. This really needs to be improved. The instructions are very poor. No indication how close to walls, shelf, etc. And this is meant to be mounted inside a cabinet, but the provided screws will strip out in typical cabinetry particle board. Who came up with this idea? The mounting holes for the screws to secure the dampers are not all aligned well, so on each side at least one screw will fall inside the mechanism. Just a really design element. The entire thing feels like amateur design.

This works as described but I thought it would be metal not plastic. But it does the job. This is for small spaces not long closets.

This was so easy to put together and install. I did it in under 15 minutes. And it fits well, I purchased two different sizes and they both worked very well.

Fits well in allotted space, however, could hold more and rather difficult to pull down.
