Great Product – No Installation Required
This RO water filtration system works exactly as described and the best part is that there’s no installation required. Setup was quick and hassle-free, just plug it in and start using it. The water tastes clean and fresh, and I noticed an improvement right away compared to tap water. It’s perfect for anyone who wants high-quality filtered water without dealing with plumbing or complicated setup.

Provides safe, pure drinking water for your family
We have had our Sim Pure for about 2 years now, and it's still a top-rate purchase. It's well made, makes clear, good tasting water and the filters are easy to change. I was hesitant to purchase it because of the price, but it's been well worth it. We moved and will be renting for at least two years, so we couldn't add a permanent water filter system in this house. It's comforting to know that this system provides safe water for drinking and cooking in an area that has been controversial with regard to drinking water. It's also easy to clean and change out the filters.

Clean, pure, drinking water at less than .25 cents per gallon!
I have been actively using this system for over six months now and have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The quality of the water in terms of taste is excellent! Periodically, I will measure the TDS (total dissolved solids) from the purified water and I have consistently received positive returns with readings under 5ppm during the first four to six months of use and now 5 - 10ppm post six-month interval. In contrast, the TDS readings from my municipal tap water can range between 40 - 170, so the TDS reduction this unit provides me is quite significant. To maximize the quality of the taste, I always let the water sit with the UV filter for about an hour or more before I drink it. I find that the longer the water is exposed to UV light, the better it will taste. In terms of durability, the unit has held up quite well and I've yet to experience any major problems with it. It comes with detailed instructions on how to clean and maintain the system. The company has an active customer support team that can assist you in the event should you need any help troubleshooting a problem. The economics of the system is probably the main selling point. If you factor in the cost to replace the filtration cartridges and how many gallons of purified water they generate over a six-month time period versus how much a gallon of purified water costs at a standard grocery outlet, the savings are quite significant. Long-term, it has actually saved me a lot of money (80-85% cost reduction per gallon) that normally would have gone towards the purchase in-store bottled water, which usually cost me around $1.50-2USD per gallon in my area depending on the location. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would gladly recommend this product to anyone who happens to be in the market for an affordable countertop reverse-osmosis water purification system, as well as those who may not be aware that such items even exist.

Manufacturer difficult to reach
UPDATE: After my original review below posted, the manufacturer did reach out to me and resolved my issue by sending a replacement for the defective unit. While I truly appreciate their resolution, I still think it should not be this hard to contact them, so I cannot give a five star review, but I can give four. I have tested the water produced by these machines and it is good - very low TDS (4 PPM when first started using, several months later with daily use only up to 12 PPM). One thing to be aware of is that the water will be quite acidic - mine comes in at 4.2 on the PH testing - it is normal for RO water to be around 5 (which is still acidic). ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would give 0 stars if I could because the manufacturer cannot be reached. They ignore inquiries submitted via their website. They ignore multiple emails sent to their support address. It has been weeks and I am still waiting for responses. Their support phone is a google number and they do not answer it. Think you have a warranty, think again, because you will NEVER get any help from this manufacturer. You cannot even leave feedback for them here on Amazon or send them a message through Amazon - I have tried. How does Amazon let them stay on the site???? I bought two of these units and multiple replacement filters. One of the units was not put into service until after the 30 day return window and it had loud vibrations and knocking (unlike the first one) and then it started to have problems and you have to unplug it to try to get a forced reset to get it working again. This is less than 4 months of use. The water I put into them is already filtered once through a counter top filter, so I am not damaging these with filthy water. I follow all instructions exactly. The machines are not abused in any way. Yes, I do like the quality of the water that these produce, but considering that the manufacturer cannot be contacted makes these a DO NOT BUY in my book. Who knows what kind of a fly by night operation this really is - even if the one good one I have keeps working, will there still be filters available in a year or two??? I am angry and disgusted. If the manufacturer ever does actually contact me and make this right, I'll update this review - but for now I strongly recommend that you do not buy these water filters - there is no warranty, there is no support and apparently there is no quality control since 1 of 2 that I bought has issues. Amazon, you need to kick them off the site.

A trick to resolve limescale
I like making and drinking tea. Before using it, I have to frequently clean up the limescale in my glass water kettle. After using the filter, the kettle can keep clean for a while. That makes me believe that the filter does its job well. One trick I would like to share with the seller and other buyers is: after a couple of month using the filter, the water stream coming out of the filter became smaller and smaller, and eventually stopped. I tried many ways, and finally found an effective way to solve this issue: before replacing the filter cartridges, use the old ones to filer one gallon of white vinegar. The white vinegar helps to remove the limescale inside the filter. However, one has to suffer the bad taste of the vinegar for a few days. Hope this would be helpful for others.

It has been a month since I purchased the filter. I hesitated about the price. But, comparing (lower price + hard installation and tricky maintenance) under-sink RO filter VS (higher price + no installation required and easy maintenance) for portable filter, I chose this model. The water quality is excellent, no odor, no strange taste. The kettle has no residue since I use water from this filter. Coffee machine has no residue either (thus, less expenses for decalcification liquids for espresso machine). Filter works rather fast. Pre-measured options (6oz, 12oz and 15oz) are very useful to fill out take-on bottles. I re-fill tanker once per day for household of 2 water-drinkers. Did not have any issues with waiting for filtering water, just keep in mind it takes few minutes for filter to fill its inner tank with filtered water. Will certainly pay itself off within 4-5 months for me, as we drink a lot of water, and I spent a lot on bottled water. Will certainly recommend (already did!) this filter to anyone who is not a Pro in plumber, and who wants to have great quality water with no headaches.

I live in a large city with tap water with total dissolved solids at 178 on average. Not terrible, but not optimal. I have (well, had) two of these machines. Machine 1 is great. It has TDS/PPM of around 11 on average and I replace the filters every 6 months. I do the regular descaling with Urnex Dezcal as I trust that brand. Machine 1 as I said zero issues. Machine 2, on the other hand arrived and from day 1 constantly beeped, had TDS/PPM of around 78 and has just gotten worse despite descaling, new filters, and tons of time with SimPure Client "Service." That service, to be quite clear, is geared toward believing that all clients are sinister liars. I have shared photos, videos, etc. and PPM results and was told that the "water quality is directly dependant on the quality of the filters." Thanks, Sherlock! I've replaced the filters with YOUR FILTERS and the water quality is terrible in Machine 2 but 100% great in Machine 1. You don't have to be a scientists to deduce that Machine 2 has problems. I am told I am the problem. Not anymore, the problems is now between Visa and SimPure and Amazon. DO NOT BUY!
