Strong and well made, I love the midnight blue which goes well with everything. I don't mind that there's no inside pocket as the outside one is useful and if you put things in an inside pocket they tend to dig into your back. Straps are stiff and take a while to soften up. Very comfy to carry and enough room for all my stuff, but not too big. My boyfriend has the out of office backpack which is slightly bigger and has a laptop pocket. It is well built with good features and made with good quality material and that is how far I can see it. If it lasted five years then I will be more then happy as I cannot see myself to be on this planet in 30 years so this claim has no meaning for me. Still it is a good branded product and it is very well made. You should try it for it's claim on durability as it looks that if used properly then it will last long time.
