What to know
Three condocuctors, 2 are red wires which is just your positive voltage going into and back out of the switch (well it only goes back out when the switch is flipped on!). You also have a nice ground wire which is used for nothing other than illuminating the led. This is optional of course. Each switch has a specific color led that is either on or off. These leds cannot change like rgb leds. Im going to do you a favor since God wants help you out and be noticed by you. Lets measure if the led works with 5v running through the hot wires. (led is only lit in the on position, and on is when the button/rocker side without the led is pushed in, meaning if you push with your finger on the part of the button with the led that side goes in and the switch is off aka disconnected). Yes the led lights with 4.65vdc (laptop) and on another device in the picture its 5.19vdc from a usb power supply.

They seem okay. The connectors are small and they used normal sized tabs so they are loose and eventually will lose connection. I did a continuity test and got one to tone and it stopped and tried another and got no tone. Earth should tone with load in off and then all three should tone when on. The one that toned would not tone all three in on position. Well that just won’t work. Maybe some of the switches might tone but I don’t have time or patience. I will be returning these and no I don’t want to learn Chinese.

Great value
Bought these to swap out some ugly light switches in my car for fog lights, ditch lights etc and they worked very well. They look great and have a professional look to them when installed without being over the top big. Nice touch that they come with connectors. Makes the instal that much easier. Great value for the amount of switches you get compared to store prices. Can’t go wrong with these. More than I’ll ever need for my car, but good to have extras around. The different colors are very cool to have for different uses. Don’t hesitate, but now! Worth it.
