Brew at 200°F Steep for 5 minutes Add a finger's width of milk Add 2-3 cubes of sugar Makes a perfect cup of tea. Can re-steep it twice off the same bag and get the same strong flavoring. Third time is a bit weak but if you don't add milk you will get more of the flavor the third time. If you like the English #1 breakfast tea then I suspect that you will enjoy this tea as well. I like it in the morning with something sweet or chocolaty as a good pairing. Or in the mid-morning while working to help me keep my focus. If you don't like milk substitute it or remove it, same with the sugar. It is just as good with honey. I personally like loose tea, you get more for what you pay for generally. The tea bags are disk bags with no string. Easy to fish out with a spoon out of your cup. The package came from Dublin and looks nice. After all the original tea is used I will be keeping the tin to store other loose tea that I have. I would like to try some other Irish Breakfast blends to compare but I would recommend this brand.

I was given this as a gift & then bought 2 myself for my mom & aunt. The tin is SO CUTE & the tea is SO GOOD. I’m used to Lipton and this was an eye opener! Just such a mellow tea…no tea aftertaste like Lipton. The canister lid is hard for me to get off but I just now lay the lid down lightly. It’s probably me. I love love love this tea. Game changer..now I’ll be searching for Irish tea for sure. Great purchase!

I have small collection of tea tins and larger collection of teapots. So this is great addition to my collection. I am a loose tea drinker though, so bagged teas are never my choice unless I'm at restaurants. I do enjoy Irish Breakfast tea, although prefer English Breakfast or my favorite which is Prince of Wales tea. This bagged tea was a bit bitter for my taste, seeped about 3-4 minutes - so I'll have to try it with less seeping next time. I'll also try it loose brewed, as you can always taste the bag. I gave it 4 stars overall as average for my reviews above. I think it was a little expensive - but since I'm a true Celtic American with higher English/Irish/Wales in my DNA and ancestry... so I loved the tin. If I remember, I'll update review after trying it again.

This tea is by far one of the bests I have ever bought, I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a relaxing cup of tea. It has a rich flavore, takes a little longer to strap but none the less a great flavor. I will likely buy this brand again
