Bought these for centrepieces for our wedding. Found out if you put them in cold tap water the strings look bubbly or kinda spider web looking. We washed them in warm soapy water and tried again. Same result. The trick is distilled water. No bubbles or spider web looking. They are elegant looking in the cylinder vases we have filled with water and a floating candle on top. So I put these in water and it took a while for them to start floating but I also had waterproof fairy lights in also. Now I noticed right away the pearls had little bubbles all over them so I came here and read some reviews and someone mentioned using distilled water. So I’m gonna go get distilled water and hope the little pearls don’t have little bubbles all over them. You don’t need to use these with just floating candles they work with flowers also. Definitely worth the money but use DISTILLED WATER with them.

I bought these to put in water vases for after church meal. They looked nice. I also was able to cut them smaller for the smaller water vases. You will need to adjust them in your vase to go throughout the vase. It is a nice alternative to the water beads which I was looking at first. This was easy to do and will be easy to clean up. Just be careful they may tangle. I would purchase these again.

Easy to use, it wont consume much time to get the job done. I preferred these over the individual vase fillers. Good Buy for the price, reusable and looks nice.
