Bought this to replace a short power cable and the 5-metre length has been perfect. No more awkward extension leads trailing around just plug and go. It’s sturdy, fits snugly into both ends (plug and device), and feels like good quality. Using it for a small TV setup in the bedroom, and it’s been working reliably without any issues. If you need a longer figure-8 power cable, this one does the job well.

The 1st thing I really must mention is that it's great when UK plugs, that are moulded, come with a fuse port. Most moulded plugs don't give access to the fuse thus meaning many electrical items are discarded when only a fuse has blown. For the sake of a few pennies it costly. So, easy access to the fuse is a plus. The cable length is adequate, much longer than the one provided with my printer and should easily reach a power socket with no problems. The cable itself is a basic cable that one gets with many electrical appliances as standard. It is strong and durable yet flexible. One thing I did notice with this cable is the fact that the plug went into my printer much easier and is much firmer than the cable I got with the Canon printer. So, it appears that this cable is a better quality and better constructed than the one Canon provided. Overall, I do recommend this cable as it does represent good value and possibly better value than the standard, short, cable that my printer manufacturer provided.

I looked into this cable after needing a longer cord for my TV projector, and tbh, it's pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. For a replacement or an extension lead, it's a really solid and hassle-free buy. The biggest pro, btw, is obviously the length. Five meters is way more than you think, and it gives you a ton of flexibility to place devices wherever you want without being stuck right next to a wall socket. The quality feels really good for the price it’s not flimsy at all. It's got that standard Figure 8 connector, so it fits tons of different electronics, like TVs, game consoles, and printers. It’s a great value for what you get. There's not much to complain about, honestly. The only potential downside is that it's a fully moulded cable, which means you can't rewire it or repair it if something happens. But for a cheap, reliable cable that just needs to do its job, it's a non-issue. It’s a great, dependable option if you need that extra bit of reach for your stuff.

Good quality, great length for the cable - plenty of stretch. Perfect replacement after console cables were damaged. Compatible with xbox and playstation, and longer than the originals. Connection worked well.
